I bought a pair made next to no difference in noise reduction so returned them. I did buy the "26" decibel ones which came actually labelled 20. I see they have 33db ones maybe they work better. I was left with an extremely painful ear after wearing them for 10 mins. thanks for the review anyway

I just ordered a pair of my own! I have one pair of ear defenders but I never wear them because they’re so bulky and I feel self conscious with them on. I’m hoping the low profile look of these will help me feel more comfortable wearing them out

Same with me tbh. But at the end of the day, if wearing them helps you, then that's all that matters :)

Have you looked at loop ear plugs?

I’m a couple months late to this but I totally agree with everything you’ve said about this brand, I have them (mine are purple) and I do quite like them.. they also are good for people with glasses! I wear glasses and they don’t hurt with these ear defenders. It felt more annoying at first tho but that’s just because with my sensory issues it felt like too much was on my head but I’ve gotten used to it now and it’s great (except the odd time when I’m really overstimulated I need to take my ear defenders AND glasses off for a few minutes to try regulate) but overall they’re good. *I also have edz kidz ones, and then a pair I got in Argos that are almost identical to Vanderfields*
