    How very irritating; periods, I mean. I like the growth you've accomplished. I have friends on testosterone, AND estrogen, not the same friend, obviously. I'd be happy to have my breasts and uterus removed. And I'm a cis female. At this point in my life, they just cause unnecessary issues; and are of absolutely no use to me.. I know who I am, and I don't really consider other people's opinions. You be YOU, doll. whatever procedures you choose to get or or not, YOU know who you are. THAT is the important part. ❤️❤️

    Oh man! To actually be a man and be allowed to be as hairy as you like and not to have to shave/wax/painfully depilate in any way. As an hirsute woman I envy your choices. You've been through a lot and can be proud of yourself. I've had a hysterectomy btw. I would recommend it. Especially for getting rid of those pesky periods. It gives you such freedom in the end and is very worth it. Talk to someone from the hysterectomy Association? They can give sound advice. Good luck in the rest of your journey young man.

I also have ASD so I can relate there, I can tell your confidence has come a long way since your early videos, well done there! It's really sad that so many autistic women are being badly served by specialists who won't do anything other than affirm what the patient says. Physically altering a person's body as treatment for a mental disorder doesn't solve the mental disorder - as you have found out.

  • @socialite1283
    @socialite1283 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Even women who take male hormones to deepen their voices still sound like women. They just sound like a woman with a deep voice. Women don't need to take male hormones to grow body hair, and some women naturally have a lot of body hair even before they hit menopause. All part of the normal variation just like some men have little to no body hair. If you're serious about pretending to be a man you'd have all your female sex organs removed. That will stop your periods and put you instantly into menopause, and you'd need to take hormone replacement therapy for the rest of your life. Really don't know why any woman would want to pretend she is a man. No humans, indeed no mammals can change their sex.

    • @BlueLemons_96
      @BlueLemons_96 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      1. Socially, deep voices are associated with men. There are also plenty of cisgender men that have high voices. 2. I'm pretty sure Casper isn't taking testosterone solely to grow body hair. Otherwise, I agree with you. Women with PCOS also tend to grow facial hair, which is again more socially associated with men. 3. Casper isn't 'pretending' to be a man. He is one. 4. Female sexual reproductive organs are internal, and unless you are Superman with x-ray vision, you wouldn't have known if Casper had them removed unless he told you. Bottom surgery is an umbrella term that encompasses a lot of different procedures, not just total hysterectomy. 5. You are not the arbiter of who is a man or not. 6. Women who are happy to be perceived as women socially and by society are cisgender. Transgender men are not wearing a costume or 'pretending'. 7. Some cisgender women also take Hormone replacement therapy for various reasons, sometimes for a good portion of their lives. Some cisgender women don't ever menstruate, or a born without a uterus ( Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome, which affects 1 in 5,000 [MedlinePlus dot gov] [NHS Imperial College Healthcare]). HRT was never developed with transgender folks in mind. 8. Intersex people exist; you are more likely to be born intersex than be transgender, statistically. Biological sex isn't a binary, even if society treats it as such. 9. Humans are complex mammals, we are different from other mammal species in a plethora of ways. Being transgender is just one of them. Plenty of other species that aren't mammals do in fact change sex depending on their environment. I'd recommend Bending Genders: The Biology of Natural Sex Change in Fish, which you can read for free through Karger dot com, if you're interested.

    Hi Casper, :) Quick question I'm due to change my name on passport (including gender marker) after obtaining my deed poll. When reapplying for the passport on the application after filling out the basic details and new and old name details it shows 'Gender' section. Should I put my birth Gender on there or my new acquired gender (I don't have a GRC Yet)?

    • @creating.casper
      @creating.casper 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      When I applied, you didn't need a GRC. The government website says you need to provide one of these as evidence when applying: a GRC, letter from a GIC/doctor confirming your gender change or a birth/adoption certificate with your new name/gender on it. But don't hold me to to that....

I wear glasses and they don’t hurt with these ear defenders. It felt more annoying at first tho but that’s just because with my sensory issues it felt like too much was on my head but I’ve gotten used to it now and it’s great (except the odd time when I’m really overstimulated I need to take my ear defenders AND glasses off for a few minutes to try regulate) but overall they’re good. *I also have edz kidz ones, and then a pair I got in Argos that are almost identical to Vanderfields*

      @@corperus hey! I’m so sorry I don’t check my yt notifs. So I tried it and it was terrible unfortunately. I got it in the mail and I expected it to make me really flat; it didn’t. It started getting really itchy so I took it off in the shower with some coconut oil. I guess I didn’t add enough and it felt like it was ripping my skin off. On top of that, our hot water duration wasn’t very good at the time, so I kept having to shut off the water. I eventually got it off, albeit with MUCH struggle, but it left a sticky residue that I could NOT get off. I was panicking, but I tried Vaseline and after 2 rounds of lathering the stuff on my skin, most of the adhesive was off. My chest was on fire, but at least it was really soft lol. I’ve been struggling with my gender identity for the longest time, and I used to be extremely insecure of my body (mainly my chest). I’m not insecure anymore, and have grown to somewhat like my chest. Would I like for it to be smaller? Maybe. But hating my body is not the right way to live. I’ve noticed I’ve been a lot happier when im not criticizing my body and it’s flaws. I only have one body, so I might as well learn to accept it. Hope that cleared some stuff up!

    Thank you for these tips😊.. I have a question...I live in a country where mental health is not recognised and also not many people know about adult autism...I want to move to another country maybe like USA or smth...my plan is like get in autism friendly University and I am interested in occupational therapy and want to work with kids...but I am afraid of burnt out...so in worst case scenario of dropping out of uni...is it possible to stay in the country and find work(like agency work as you specified or job friendly for autistic people)??...sorry for long post...keep posting videos😊

      Hi, don't let your anxieties or ASD stop you from doing what you want to do. Its always possible, ut jyst might take longer and it may not be through the "traditional" route. It might be worth looking into whether the course(s) you're interested in offer a part-time option. Part time courses tend take longer, but if you can afford it, it definitely takes at least some of the mental strain off (as it's usually only two or three days a week as opposed to five). Have a look and see what work options are avaliable where you are. I can only speak for the UK, but I've not had a problem with disclosing my ASD to employers, particularly agency. There's no harm in asking potential employers if you're unsure. Glad you like my content, and I hope this helps :)

    Another common but less known (a contradiction of sorts) trait is mouth breathing and digestive issues. Been a mouth breather all my life which resulted in less sleep, less quality of sleep, more snoring, and a decrease in cognition. I have some friends who are like me, so it made me interested. I googled it. Found out we all are neurodivergent, and the mouth breathing is a big connection.

    I hope this comment is okay, i would have liked to ask in a private message but i dont know if there's an option to do that on yt Here's my question: Do you mind me asking why you decided to change to he/him after you were non-binary before? I saw your earlier video about why you were non binary, and you said you had pen*s envy as a child, but that being she/her or he/him didn't really sit right? I think you even said you didn't feel comfortable as a boy I honestly am curious i have a family member who is in a similar situation to you, and I'd like to understand it better if you don't mind 🩷

    • @creating.casper
      @creating.casper ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, this question is more than okay, and I'm more than happy to answer it (and sorry it took so long for me to resspond). Pronouns are all a matter of personal preference. In reality, it's hard to encourage and get people to use anything other than gendered pronouns (and i aint got the time or energy for that), which is why I kind of gave up with it all to be honest. I still do prefer they/them over he/him. But i understand that not everyone will use them. He/him doesn't offend me or make me uncomfortable, it's just not what I personally prefer. She/her however, does make me incredibly uncomfortable (particularly before I started testosterone), but I "pass" pretty well now, so don't get called that a lot (and if I do, its usually a misunderstanding and people quickly correct themselves) I've found that the longer I've been on Testosterone for, the more comfortable and secure I've become in myself and my identity as a guy. So I don't necessarily feel the nonbinary label fits me anymore. I used to focus a lot on labels and identities, and in the end it just made me more stressed and confused. So nowadays I try not to stress about it all, and just do and wear what i want regardless (as cringe as it sounds). If they ask, I usually just tell people I'm trans, and that's about as far as that side of conversation goes tbh. If you feel comfortable, then definitely see if you can have a chat with your relative about the way they identify or the pronouns they use. As its very much on a case by case individual basis. I hope that helped clear a few things up though. If you have any more questions, then fire away (I'm a pretty open book) 🙂

    my grandmother made me a weighted blanket by using rice. it's very comfy, and has an outer blanket like a pocket that goes over the blanket (sorry for the poor description, I'm not very good at describing things) and that can be removed for washing. it's pink and has cats on it, and it's very comfy. If someone wants to make their own, 1 cup of rice in each square is what she did. each square is about 6 inches, but the size of the squares and amount of rice used can be adjusted for preference.

    Hey Casper, if I’m only 15 years old, can I date the document for my 16th birthday so it doesn’t come into effect until I’m 16, but still sign it whilst I’m 15? Just because I leave school before I turn 16 and I was hoping that my teacher could be a witness and I want it changed before I start sixth form. Only way he could be the witness is if it is signed when I’m 15 (and he’s the person I trust most to be a witness). Thanks!

      @Aliciae411 ปีที่แล้ว

      In theory you could get a witness to sign it when you’re 15 and wait until you’re 16 to sign it yourself and send it off. However you’d have to use a false date when your witness signs it which is technically not legal, also not legal for a witness to sign the deed poll for someone under 16.

    I am the type of asexual where I am repulsed at the idea of sex, so if I ever am in a relationship with someone, I would think that they would have to be asexual as well, but I am also trans so it can be difficult, but this video actually helped me understand this better, so thank you

    Okay, I know this is a really, really weird and maybe stupid question. But do you eat the Testosterone gel? Or do you apply it to your body like a cream, lol ? ❤️

    • @creating.casper
      @creating.casper ปีที่แล้ว

      You'd be surprised how many times I've been asked this, haha. You apply it the same way you do with any other cream/gel. Then wait for it to dry/soak in :)

    Also! I was wondering what I could use while working out, I know that wearing my binder is super dangerous while working, out. But What can I wear instead 😅? ❤️

    • @creating.casper

      I would say a sports bra or trans tape, I know its not ideal but it's better to be safe. A baggy or loose shirt over the top may help ease the discomfort 🙂

      Yh, my autistic ass wasn't happy with it either 😂 can't deal with it sensory wise, but it calmed down after a few weeks as my body adapted to the hormones. Tbh tho, most of it depends on genetics,and I got the short straw

    I personally prefer binders, because they are much more comfortable, but I’ve never tried trans tape, 🥲 Also when I cleaned my binder and left it hanging up my sister just thought it was a average normal vest, and so did my dad, my mum was the only one who knew lol. ❤️

    • @creating.casper
      @creating.casper 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thats fair enough. Tape can get some getting used to, but its well worth it. Ive had that before, lol but I can often pass it off as a vest.

    just popping in to say this because i see a lot of comments about it!: KT tape (and Ace Bandages) is NOT safe to bind with, however i totally understand using it anyways to help alleviate some dysphoria! if you’re going to use it, never EVER wrap it around your chest, just apply how you would with trans tape! And please try to allow it to wear off naturally, or help it along with some baby oil, but NEVER try and pull it off by itself, that can damage your skin! anyhow, stay safe loves <3

      Speak low from your chest instead of your throat. Also try to talk a bit slower and smoother.
