I saw KK's Priest in Cleveland, Ohio. The show was awesome, but I would have enjoyed hearing more KK's Priest songs and of course "Cathedral Spires". 🤘🏼The cool thing is that I saw KK's Priest at the same venue as I saw Judas Priest (with Ken and Tim) back in 1998. Many people my friend and I talked to at the KK's Priest show were also at that 1998 Judas Priest show. Ken was always my favourite Judas Priest member, because of his passionate, energetic guitar style, and he hasn't lost anything. Tim sounds better now than he did in 1998. If KK's Priest did another show in Cleveland, Ohio I'd go see them again.
Yes, headlining at the Sheperds Bush Empire in London and they were utterly AWESOME. Also Paul Di Anno supporting which was great as I grew up listening to his two Maiden Albums, never saw him live and he was great as well.

Man, how great would it be for KK's Priest to open for Judas Priest, and then both bands combine for a greatest hits encore. I guess humanity just doesn't deserve that yet.
I totally agree. As a die hard Judas Priest fan since the early 80s I also would prefer more KK's Priest songs and just a handfull of Judas Priest songs sprinkled across the set list. Also be great if one of those songs could be Screaming for Vengeance. Manily I would prefer a best of both KK's Priest Albums which are superb and exactly what I wanted to hear from KK. Such a great new band.
Fantastic live band! Seen them 4 times already.. will see them again in Barcelona, Cardiff, and Newcastle. Apparently, they got dates coming in the U.S for September and it could be a VERY interesting bill.😁
I was there tonight 18 August 2024. Amazing live as ever .cut my metal teeth on priest, sabbath.i have been blessed to see them live in my 62 year innings on this planet
Pilgrim, what do you think of this future when the time comes... Richie, Tim, AJ, Tony and Sean form up and they play Ripper Priest, Richie Priest, KK Priest, Elegant Weapons AND new stuff they create on albums? That is in itself a lot of content and tons of fresh stuff to hear live. Band would be still aged, but still some real meat left on the bones. I'd fall over in joy if that could ever be pulled off, seems like they have a built in fan base with a good % of Priest fans. Sounds like the winning move for them. Jude O/S 2.0 I'd also fall over backwards if there was ever a Priest/KK tour. 3 hours of Priest-like material. But that has to happen pretty fast with Rob/KK and Ian.
They're playing in Ireland in August but it's on a Wednesday. I won't be able to get the time off work because a couple of colleagues have booked time off then. I'd love to hear KK's Priest do a version of Scream Machine by Beyond Fear. One of Ripper's previous bands.
Ive got my ticket for August the 18th in Cardiff for only £29. Only 10 miles from my house which is a real treat. if they had been doing the midlands id have done that one as well. im just greedy. we are so privileged to have 2 priest bands these days.
i wish you would check out a heavy metal band from japan called LOVEBITES. they have 2 guitar players who will remind you of MURRAY and SMITH and TIPTON and DOWNING. you will not be disappointed!!!! saw priest last week and going to maiden in november. have a great day and stay safe!!
I agree. I love both bands. But I will love to see kk and ripper performing songs from their last albums and yes some of the ripper year’s songs 🤘🏻 but I have to wait until Wacken
That is a great idea, however, I don't believe it will ever come to it's fruition, as like when Halford went off into His Greatly-Failed solo bands, Ken is doing the same with his solo version of Priest. On the same page as Hall & Oates fighting it out between each other as Senior Rockers. The only way Judas Priest can perform together on A Positive Note is to bring back Alan, Chris, Ken, Rob, Ian & Glen* & play those ancient blues-rock gems from decades gone bye. It would at least give Them a most respective ending to Their Legendary Career. *That is if Glen is up to it.
I would also prefer to hear the majorulity of their own original songs, with a few Jugulator/Demolition songs as we never hear them live and just a couple of Halford era tunes.
Talking of Priests, there was some talk that the Priest / Saxon tour might make it's way over to the Southern Hemisphere this summer (well the one thats just ended here) , I really couldn't live with myself if I missed the chance to see them live. Seeing that Brian Tatler has taken on head Axeman duties in Saxon, does that mean I will have also have seen half of Diamond Head too? (I mean could you ask for a better combination?)
Ripper is a legend. I prefer KK's Priest to JP. Jugulator is my favorite JP album, though Painkiller is a beast. Halford is too. I'm not trying to piss off anybody.
I want to check out KK's Priest's material at some point. The line-up is really killer;only know the cover of WASP's anthem "I Wanna Be Somebody" by Burning Witches - which I aim on changing, same with Tailgunner. I would prefer more tunes from the Ripper era of JP to be played live among the classics and original - 5 JP tunes per show should do. Didn't know about Dave Ellefson's exploits, and didn't expect him making a Death Metal band of all sonic persuasions - laudable effort for not trying to make a Megadeth 2. And I'd argue that they perfectly fit on the tour,as ambassadors of Extreme Metal if nothing else.

I saw KKs Priest in Florida just two months ago. KKs Priest rules metal right now. KK and Ripper, along with the boys, are unstoppable.
