The deathstar is one of the better ways to die in star wars, it's like the byford Dolphin incident. Although you get obliterated, it happens so fast that your body no longer exists by the time your nerves can transmit the pain to your brain. It was a waste of a slot on this list.
Also, I would say that the Rakatan mind prison deserves a spot, but considering that you don't truly die, it's a fate far worse than death.
The thought bomb isn't completely eternal. A Jedi strong enough can fracture the Crystal that holds those souls. Luke in fact did release the trapped souls if I recall.

Yeah. I think that's totally stupid, but whatever. I get the concept of the thought bomb being legit permanent hurt too many peoples feelings, so they had to figure out a way to make everyone feel better for the fictional characters stuck within..... 😑

The Sarlac also makes its sol natural predator the sand dragon even more terrifying.
You have this highly intelligent tentacle pit creature that even has some degree of force sensitivity and then this big lizard just comes along and plucks the entire thing out of the ground like a damn carrot.

And another thing to add in regards to the Rakghoul Virus is that while there HAVE been a few successful attempts to create a vaccine (which would prevent infection or even the transformation itself if one is treated early enough), the virus itself is so adaptive & constantly mutating into fresh new strains of itself that such vaccines that are initially successful usually don't last for too long before becoming useless against these newer strains.
so basically, you have to hope you are one of the few who the cure is used on while it's still in effect

Though those with Force Sensitivity have a better chance of resisting the virus itself (they can still get infected, but their higher midichlorian counts can give their bodies a viable chance to fight off the virus before it could transform them, though this isn't a guaranteed thing)

To be brutally honest I still believe that being killed by a Zilobeast is still the worst way to die,especially considering that the Zilobeast has great defenses all over its body that even a lightsaber can't cut.
What better way to ride out the throws of my own existential crisis than with a video detailing a bunch of messed up ways to get killed in one of my favorite franchises

Ok, the thought bomb is definitely the worst fate, but I find the sarlacc to be the most disturbing because it wasn't something made specifically to torture people, it's just the natural digestive tract of a creature. There's no malice or evil behind it, it's just eating to survive.
