I went to Santo and Malekula in September and October, 2017. Myself and my son stayed in Luganville and also northern Malekula. We visited Vatthe conservation area, Port Olry, the Blue pools, the Millenium cave and many places on the east coast of Santo. We visited a Church in Luganville twice when we were there. Vanuatu 🇻🇺 is such a lovely place and the people are lovely. Oh i forgot to mention. We also had the privilege of seeing some football games near Luganville. That was great too. I remember the football players. They had great pace. xx

If you have mental illness like myself bipolar disorder you can get kava extract at the health food stores put 3 drops in a bottle of water before bedtime. It's amazing even though it tastes awful . It's non alcoholic and narcotic and of course women can drink it. I spend most of the year in Fiji which has it as well. However never stop your meds please
