Ita gonna be 2 years since i purchased mi mop p and I've had 4 issues and twice I raised consumer complaint for their service. Of course it's budget friendly but its been a week they said will get new sensors ordered n still no call back from service team and thank god i have extended warranty till Jan 24. I am planning to buy T20 omni which is an upgrade from X1 it lifts the mop too and washes mop in hot water suction is good than x1 and run time n mopping is great. Only thing is X1 has video recording like you can view it like a cctv whereas in T20 its not there. Ive been following ur reviews n thats how i purchased mi mop p. Kudos to ur work
As usual great job Saumya this was crisp, clear and to the point but I would request you to add the customer care reach and experience of these brands cos after getting the product the service experience turns out to be a nightmare especially when the purchase is by online mode

Quite useful information. However one correction- TP-Link doesn’t provide free pickup and drop. And they don’t provide any services at all post one year warranty period. I got this information on email from their customer support team.

Which robo vaccum did you buy
I have ecovacs n10 bought in sale and it's doing a very good job. The deduction is good medium object it deducts and cleaning also good. Mopping is satisfactory and I use on the old cement floor and it's doing it's job

Hi, Thanks for detailed explanation. Can you please clarify below doubts for me :-
1. As you mentioned, mopping along with the vaccuming doesn't give us a good experience.
What if, I operate only vacuuming first and then mopping, Will it able to give the good mopping function?
If mopping is not up to the mark in robotic vaccum cleaners, then if I want to go for only dry vacuum cleaner in budget, Do I have any suggestion where I can save my money for deselecting the mopping feature ?
Whether you choose mopping during vacuuming or do it separately doesnt make any difference. Because its essentially a wet cloth moving across your floor. It does not apply pressure on the floor. Thats why she mentioned mopping is average. Its still ok for most places. Some areas where you have dirt which require some pressure, you will have to clean manually using a mop stick or a cloth later on. But honestly if your house doesnt get too dirty, its does a good job most of the times.

Ecovavs after sales support is very disappointing. Also the auto empty station is having 2 pin plug and not having electric Voltage fluctuation protection despite using module control board which can result in short circuit at times.
I tried calling them but no response. Left my details a month back but no response at all. Now I am sceptical
I too call ecovacs on toll free number for purchase but they have no store/dealership in northern india so that they donot provide demo of product they are limited to ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai or pune ,kochi .

Hi, thanks for the updated video. I wanted to know your experience with Ecovacs vs TP link for the following points:
1st time floor mapping speed, object avoidance, app bugs (if any, how frequent. i have seen a lot of users complaints about frustrating experience), mop removal during carpet vacuum? (or do the rotating mops touch the carpet in case of T20 omni). T20 Omni also seems great, if you have used it, do let us know your experience.

What about Cleaning Liquid like phenyl for germs on floor, where can we put in this mop machine? And what about hair vegetables and small grains on floor? Do we require Cleaning mop machine wheels?
As far as I am aware, one cannot use phenyl or detergents in the vacuum. Unless specified by manufacturer.

Hi, both of these are definitely part of my recommendations for the ones with self cleaning dock. This amzn.to/3ZiH8zr has better suction and a larger dust bag - so may be more beneficial for pet hair (need to replace the dust bag less often)

Hello Saumya , will any of these work on a terrace with plant pot containers. The floor is moderately rough and usually has leafs from plants and small amount of mud .
Hmm not so well for large leaves. Small ones are ok. Mud is ok. Stones are not.

Don't go for it. I got one 18 months back. Had a sensor issue once within the warranty period and they fixed it. Its having problems again and I am fed up with it. Its out of warranty period now. I don't want to go through their not so responsive customer service.
I am trying to buy vaccum cleaner for elders, also they live in a place where there is no wifi. In this case will mi 2pro will work on hotspot? How much data is needed? Any robot works without wifi?

Did you get one, one without the need of a wifi? I'm even planning on ordering a robot for my parents but they don't have wifi accessibility there. I doubt mobile hotspot will be useful because the range of hotspot is also quite low compared to conventional wifi routers, anyway please give your insights if possible.

* Unlike most of your earlier videos, you have NOT considered any of Mcturing models here...any reasons? I m interested because its a made in India model
* Can you pl varify price of ilife T10 S? You have said 31,900 but their website mentioned 41,900 that too on sale.
* I have been using Ilife A9S for close to 3 years now. Their spare parts available and service during warranty is great but not at all happy with post warranty service. I guess this is the story with most other companies too. Any comments on this??

I see that you have not included MecTURING's Laseron robots which are completely made in India. Any particular reason for that? I am actually considering to buy this one and need your opinion on it. I am planning to buy S9 Pro Plus which costs 24k almost.
i am also thinking about that. one thing i noted is that they connect with generic app named Smart Life - Smart Living. I would have been comfortable with app from the same company.

As much as I like your videos (the level of detail and rigor you put in is stellar), I still cannot count on your advice for this particular product category because of bad experience with the products purchased. The products stop working after 10 months and then the quality of service is pathetic (across companies). You won’t believe- I had to throw away my robo vacuum cleaner because the company wouldn’t respond to complaints and I had nowhere else to go to.
Is there any product where service quality is good and reliable? Probably please include that as one of your evaluation parameters. Because for phones or appliances, some corner shop technicians do take a stab and try to fix things but for this particular product category, I have not seen any technician repairing the devices and the manufacturers don’t care to respond to customer complaints.
Hi - thanks for sharing your feedback. It's surprising as me and many people I know have been using robot vacuums recommended for over 2-3 years now. Which brand did you purchase? But you are right, in general - the service for most non-standard appliances (including robot vacuums) are not great.
@@TheGrapevineIndia Eufy Robovac. Bought it 2 years ago. Stopped working after 8 months. Customer service didn’t bother despite repeated complaints for 3 months. I was left with a piece of junk. After that, I am scarred to buy one more because about 15k bucks just evaporated.
I bought Eufy 11 for 18k. Stopped working within 1 year.they said Can’t repair it.
It turns on but beeps the error for bad sensors
My sentiments exactly. Just want to buy a product with good customer service..that's one of the most important criteria these days.
