how is share pending allotment money different from share warrants.
in case of share warrants the company already decides to issue the share to that particular person or entity in future and provides him a warrant as a right to get a share in future and in case of share pending allotment money the person who applied to buy a share of a company pays the application money but the decision of company whether to issue the share to him is still pending and is not yet decided.
