A lot of superstitious riders say if you say that before going on a run that's when you call it, you say that before a run and it's gonna go bad. A lot of people say its the mindset you put yourself in, more reckless at the end kinda thing, either rushing it or "gotta make it great, last one of the day".
I mean I’m not really superstitious but when it comes to riding I try not to say one last time bc every time I say it I crash last time I said I put myself in hospital

Gotta be sharp if wanna do trails... when mind and body are not aligned (wanna go faster and do more but feel all sloppy), accidents are more prone to happen... (I had a recent fall on my bike on the weekend for the same reason, but got out w just some bruises).
