      Certainly not. I've been meticulously monitoring the performance of my portfolio and have observed a remarkable increase of $522,000 in the past two quarters alone. This journey has enlightened me on the strategies employed by seasoned traders to achieve significant profits even in seemingly volatile markets. • @meredithmericle7487

      @@donkaster9738 My guess: Money isn't real. It's just paper. It didn't use to be but that's another story. This paper is based on the faith we have in our ability to make, sell, and buy goods and services. Money can become worthless as it almost did during the Great Depression The poor and others who didn't understand tried to sell their worthless stock and get their savings out of the bank and couldn't. Why? Because the money wasn't there. It never was real. During the Confederacy the money wasn't real. You could put as much Confederate money under your bed as you wanted, but it would not buy much especially after people realized this and lost faith in it. It wasn't really backed by anything of worth, and so it wasn't real. The rich didn't bother. They had their land and what it could produce which was real money, until the Feds took it after the war. Any economist out there, keep your snide comments to yourself. Mr. Kaster wanted to know, and I was the first to give it my best shot.

Poor people don't value TIME, and it's always those same poor people that value MONEY....I find it amusing. If poor people sincerely understood, responsibly used time and coveted-valued their TIME...money would be theirs.

Nothing against single moms...just there's so much more power, performance and security when two adults can come together for the kids and hold their marriage together. Wealthy people do not divorce as much as the poor divorce. Costs ARE higher to split and create two households...wealthy stay married and work things out.

    • @storiesfromsvijetko7284
      @storiesfromsvijetko7284 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@LarsonFamilyFarm-LLC First, do you really believe that single moms whose baby daddies don't care about the kids are your typical poor person? those are in minority. majority came into poverty by no fault of their own. from diseases to accidents to dept inheritances. what if one of the parents let's say has incurable disease? What if that parent can't work? What if that parent was earning much more money than the other one previously because the other one received an inferior education for living in poor neighborhood? What if they also need an expensive medication?
      I know from my personal experience how much was my family financially hurt when my dad suddenly died. My brother developed mental health problems after this. It must have been difficult for my mom to have two sick children while also struggling financially and also mentally. She became obsessed with coupons and started only buying the cheapest option almost everything. Only exception being the things of super low quality. All we ever got as a help was my stipend at college. We were not poor, but we were struggling with money a lot. I don't know what would have been with us if my mom worked a minimum wage instead, and we were indebted. She would probably also have to clean or something while having a regular job. If that was so, she would not have the time nor energy to help my brother. This way he struggled at school because of his illness, even though she was helping him a lot. If she was on the minimum wage, she would not be able to help him, and maybe he would have to drop out of school. That would make not just his life difficult, but also the life of the son he now has.
      The thing is, once you enter poverty, it is very hard to came out. It is easier for those in the "middle class" to become rich, than for the poor to become "middle class".

    3. namumuhunan sila kaya dumarami ang mga salapi.
    4. hindi sila nagtatrabaho para sa pera kundi sa layunin.
    5. ang pera ng mayaman ay nagagamit sa kawanggawa.
    6. nauunawa nila ang pagpapalago ng kanilang yaman.
    7. hindi nananatili sa sitwasyong masama para sa kanila.
    8. hindi nanggaling sa hard work ang pagyaman kundi dunong.
    9. hindi tadhana ang pagyaman kundi journey.
    10. hindi pinapanalunan ang pera ng mayaman kundi pinaghirapan nila.
    11. ang salapi ay layon na maging laya at maabot ang gustong maging.
    12. hindi resulta ang mahalaga sa kanila kundi proseso.
    13. kaya nilang kilalanin kung mabuti o hindi ang payo.

My parents already told me I will only be inheriting a grandfather clock from them & I will get the artwork & antiques back that I gifted to them. I'm gifting them money from the sale of a small piece of a farm, I'm covering my kid's college tuition. I only have a high school diploma. A few decades ago I used to feel depressed that I would never be able to afford a starter home with a kid on the way. I stopped crying & feeling sorry for myself for being born poor. Read books & got advice from people that had already done what I needed to do for a secure life.

    I freaking love this channel. When I always make good progress I tend to slack and use it as an excuse to take a "break". Its stupid as hell I know, recently when I've been thinking like that I just watch one of your videos and makes me realise that consistency is the key to reaching my goal, and temporary success is meaningless if I don't reach my end goal. THANKS A LOT!!!

    First of all, money isn't real. I notice many people in the comments section is bad mouthing the video, and saying their are contradictions with in the set. You must understand the point of view the view is taken from. Ugh: lesson. Black people, stop using slavery or economics as a cop out to say that's why we poor, nobody told our young brothers and sister to sell drugs, strip, or be thugs, they naturally took on that because the media, artist portrait, idolize the drug selling, smoking, gangster as the new revolutionary black man. Before that the black man was idolize as Malcom X, Marcus Garvey, these are real gangsters of the black nation, not 2pac and biggie. Poor is a choice, only because we continue to do the same actions over and over again. We buy houses, cars, jewelry, things that don't add value. And yes all those things are liability not assets. If they don't make you money, they are liability. If they bring money into your account, they are assets. Rick people was once poor, unless it's old money but at one time they was poor, just like you, they got upset at there financial situation and changed it. But you have to look honestly at your current and past financial decisions. And last, Rick people work harder than you. You don't have the responsibility of making deals with other companies or marketing and watching products, or making sure your signing paychecks for the people that work for you. All the people bad mouthing rich people, try this for instance. If you have a family set a hourly pay for each family member, and ever two weeks pay them for there hours our of your pay check. Now your going to see that it's not as easy because after you make sure the bills are paid, your employees are paid, you might not have anything left for yourself. Employees never see how hard it is to be a boss, but complain about working 40 hours. Bosses or rich people work 120 hours in a week. 16 hour days. This is why most people want to get rich quick or just be lazy. Rich people dont look down on you, they just understand that if you really want it, your going to learn how to get it. The hood, my brothers and sisters need to learn real world skills, make better choices, and the elders, parents need to educate themselves and educate their kids, how to analyze, use statistics, and grow.

      Shailesh Desai my statement speaks for it self based on #13 in the video, the video speaks about how to differentiate between bad and good advice, and a lot of ppl give you financial advice they think is good but never proven and has not work for them but pass it on to some one else seeking good advice , hence “the blind leading the blind”. They do not have any good advice themselves but are trying to tell people how to do business.

    Money isn't real. It only has value because everyone thinks it does. If I think that my $20 will buy me lunch and the restaurant owner thinks the same then it has value. Otherwise I'm just waving a "piece of paper with Funny little pictures on it" at him.

    • @terrycrews1760
      @terrycrews1760 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    • @keving7462
      @keving7462 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, it's true that if you don't have money you can't buy things, but money itself has no value. Money, or Cash, is just a piece of paper. There is nothing to back it up. At one time money had true value. This was when (in the United States) money was backed by the Gold standard. This means that the Government had actual gold in high volumes stored up. If you were to take a note worth $50 to the bank you could receive $50 worth of gold from them in exchange for your $50 bill. Because there is no longer anything to back up money it has no real value. It is just paper and faith. The Faith that if you accept a $20 bill as payment for something that you can go forth and purchases something from someone else. This works only as long as everyone believes that your $20 bill (piece of paper) is worth $20. It is essentially a trade. Paper for lunch (my earlier example) or paper for T-shirt. I hope this makes sense, I know this can be hard to wrap your head around sometimes.

When I grew up poor, I first decided not to copy the mindset mentioned here. If I see a person sitting in the Air Emirates $16000 dollar seat, I'm happy for him. I'm happy with what I have and only care about what I have.

    The difference between poor and rich can be summarized in one experiment studying children in the 50s/60s. The put children in a room and placed a marshmallow in front of them on the table. They were told if they could wait for 10 minutes not to eat the marshmallow, the would receive a second marshmallow. It turns out it's the kids who were able to wait to receive the second marshmallow that became rich.

    Two pieces of constructive feedback -> and why I watched the whole video but didn't end up subscribing.
    1) The narrator comes off as condescending, when IMO don't think it comes across well in the video. As far as I know, no actually successful people have endorsed this channel and its contents. Decent advice and knowledge here, but better to be more genuine/understanding/empathetic.
    2) Some of these are gross oversimplifications which again, IMO point to simple minding, shallow thinking by the writers and editors here. Example: #15 - Money isn't real. What makes something "real" anyway? It is a store of value. That people accept. That can be transferred. That is literally the definition of money. Yes, most "money" are these things called "fiat currencies" (if you don't know, look it up). But c'mon, I don't think anyone who is actually self-made literally thinks money "has no value" as you claim.

    You can think of money like scorestreak points in Call of duty. They’re worthless if you have a bunch of them, until you use them to finally “purchase” your scorestreak. The scorestreak points (money) isn’t that useful until you buy you’re scorestreak.(What you actually buy in real life.) Sorry I know most of the people here have never played the game but it’s the best analogy I can think of.

    Money is not the root of all evil, and that's not in the Bible either. It's the Love of money that is the root of all evil, as 1 Timothy 6:10 says.
    1 Timothy 6:10
    For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

      1 Timothy 6:10. For the love of money is A root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
      Got that? Wealth is a root of all kinds of evil, NOT the root of evil. Nothing wrong with lots of money, just be God's steward of that money, and do not let it own you.

      I agree and add Jacob 2:13-21 13 And the hand of providence hath smiled upon you most pleasingly, that you have obtained many riches; and because some of you have obtained more abundantly than that of your brethren ye are lifted up in the pride of your hearts, and wear stiff necks and high heads because of the costliness of your apparel, and persecute your brethren because ye suppose that ye are better than they.
      14 And now, my brethren, do ye suppose that God justifieth you in this thing? Behold, I say unto you, Nay. But he condemneth you, and if ye persist in these things his judgments must speedily come unto you.
      15 O that he would show you that he can pierce you, and with one glance of his eye he can smite you to the dust!
      16 O that he would rid you from this iniquity and abomination. And, O that ye would listen unto the word of his commands, and let not this pride of your hearts destroy your souls!
      17 Think of your brethren like unto yourselves, and be familiar with all and free with your substance, that they may be rich like unto you.
      18 But before ye seek for riches, seek ye for the kingdom of God.
      19 And after ye have obtained a hope in Christ ye shall obtain riches, if ye seek them; and ye will seek them for the intent to do good-to clothe the naked, and to feed the hungry, and to liberate the captive, and administer relief to the sick and the afflicted.
      20 And now, my brethren, I have spoken unto you concerning pride; and those of you which have afflicted your neighbor, and persecuted him because ye were proud in your hearts, of the things which God hath given you, what say ye of it?
      21 Do ye not suppose that such things are abominable unto him who created all flesh? And the one being is as precious in his sight as the other. And all flesh is of the dust; and for the selfsame end hath he created them, that they should keep his commandments and glorify him forever.

    Tax loopholes are my favorite. A tax loophole is a tax deduction one person can take where as another can take. A capital loss is a tax deduction, up to $3k/yr. If more, a carry over. Taxes paid on income received from a foreign investment, a tax credit. Who's here, besides me, will be taking the foreign tax credit?

    Poor people always say that money can’t buy happiness, yet they complaint about their financial situation, yes I am a rich kid with ambition living in a third world country, and every time I stepped my foot in the class, my poor teacher would give this toxic thinking to their student and brainwash them to hate rich people and love their government. Most of the kid in class and even my teacher hate me because of the fortune that I have, because I will have more opportunities than them. But it’s ok, at least I know that I’m the winner and I’m enjoying every moment of my life anyway :)

    The one thing I've learned that u didnt mention and slightly contradicted in this vid, its " work smarter not harder"
    The hardest I've ever worked was always for the least money, what I realised and changed everything for me was simply that. Work smarter not harder, there are always ways to make money especially with the internet at our finger tips. I'm now very financially comfortable and continuing to grow new income streams

    Being poor is a state of mind, first and foremost. Most unwealthy people think and believe that having money is the answer to all life problems and the key to happiness. Such misconceptions are base on lack of education and knowledge.

    • @cinemathequerouge317
      @cinemathequerouge317 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Thank you so much for teaching me about Money and its values. I never realized that the environment wasn't responsible for what how much money I have or that money won't really matter once you have enough of it. I now have a better understanding that I can use moving forward, and this came at a great time since I just moved to a new home, one that is better than my childhood home. Thank you so much for giving me a new perspective about money! ❤😌
