Why do they always ask people in LA? If someone came to my gate in Anchorage and asked, I'd be more than happy to even open the gate. It's like that in most places I know that aren't in major cities on the coast of the lower 48. For instance, walk around Charleston, SC South of Broad to ask them. I'm sure a fairly warm reception. I enjoy talking to people, even thought my story isn't amazing in respect to my accomplishments. I know my net is on par with most of the people that were asked. We just tend to be friendlier for the most part outside of those areas. Sidenote, I had a random video in my feed for some reason and it sent me down this rabbit hole.

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. These are very valuable info for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the knowledge embedded in it. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I've got $150k set aside to put in the market.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made over $350k in this recession-influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was through an F.A.

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of investors raking in 6 to 7 digits in a space of months. So, I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2020, and the least I returned was $95k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

Now here's the most beautiful love story: Me and you? Though we have fallen short of the glory of God by comitting just one sin which we deserve death and hell for, the Good News is that God loved us soo much that He, All-Powerful and All-Knowing Spirit came to earth in a human body as Jesus Christ, the fullness of God bodily, to live a perfect life keeping and fulfilling all laws and commandments, not sinning ONCE, and then sacrificing Himself on a cross for YOU! By shedding His Blood, He paid the penalty for your sin so that you could be washed clean from all sins and develop a personal relationship with God and spend eternity together with Him in Heaven. How awesome is that?! That's God's grace. All you have to do to accept His gift of grace is turn away from your sin and believe that Jesus is God, He shed His precious Blood for you and He is risen from the dead, He's in full control of your life that He rules over you. It's not by works or being a good person, it's only by God's grace through faith in Him. Jesus desires a personal relationship with you. Wow that is so incredible! Please turn to Him, He loves you so much and so do I!!

    1. Take a risk. Believe in yourself. Believe in what you do. Reinvest the money. Manage taxes. Hard work. Focus. Goals.
    2. Keep trying. Fail. Keep moving. Decisions, dont overthink. Work hard, save, invest.
    3. Start early (if possible). Dream big. Go, be the first, take action. Seek discomfort, go for it, dont be afraid of the pressure. Be affirmative.

Building wealth from nothing involves consistent saving, disciplined spending, and strategic investments. Begin by creating a budget to track expenses and identify areas for savings. Prioritize paying off high-interest debt and establishing an emergency fund. As you build a foundation, start investing in low-cost options like index funds, and focus on continuous learning and improving your skills for better income opportunities.

Back in the day, when I purchased my first home to live-in; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.

If anything, it'll get worse. Very soon, affordable housing will no longer be affordable. So anything anyone want to do, I will advise they do it now because the prices today will look like dips tomorrow. Until the Fed clamps down even further, I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. You can't halfway rip the band-aid off.

Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; get your money (as much as you can) out of the housing market and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.

I will be happy getting assistance and glad to get the help of one, but just how can one spot a reputable one?

There are advisors in cities around you but I needed services of one who can guide me irrespective of location. Christine Jane Mclean comes highly recommended especially in times like this. I am hedging and haven't lost much to the recession. I found her in 2020 when the market was at an all time low. Look her up and thank me later.

I am on her site doing my due diligence. She seems proficient. I wrote her an email and scheduled a phone call. Thanks for sharing

Wow, this was great! I loved the first woman and her son, the guy in the car was so humble and I loved that he failed forward, and the last guy had me taking notes! He really dropped a lot of knowledge! If they are reading these post --- THANK YOU!

The final guy's advice is super inspiring 👏, as an investing enthusiast, I often wonder how veteran investors get rich off dividends. I do have a good amount of capital to invest for passive income, but my focus right now is how to gain wealth from market resurgence, I'm keen on retiring early with at least $1m.

I wish everyone can be rich and famous so they can realize that's not the answer of happiness , Not falling for yield traps is important, focus on long term growth. ideally, a good FA can help you earn those dividends over time.

I was taught well on how to save, nothing on dividends, but now I'm really ratcheting up investments with the help of a reputable FA, realized at least $800k after subsequent investments in so far this year. I do think I have dropped a lot of stress about finances having a long term perspective about investing.

Even the best investors lose money when the market is down or when they make a decision that doesn’t turn out as hoped I can't actually leave details on here, you could do a research yourself she's Laura Grace Abels , she has a web presence.
