All else are same on both?? I think Acer predator will be better in terms of thermals!. Processor wise for content creation Ryzen will be better!! Even if Predator may have better thermals,both laptops will get heated up as both of these have powerful cpu's. You may need to add an cooling pad on both models!! I think asus tuf holds more value for money if you do both content creation and gaming(if all else are same)!!

Hello :) I was wondering if you could help me out? I am looking into getting the lenovo gaming 3 or 3i. The 3 has a ryzen 7 4800h and gtx 1650 TI and the 3i the intel i7 with the gtx 1650. I will mostly be using this for uni but also would like to use it for casual gaming. I am not sure if at the end I should go for the i7 because of its single-core preformance or go for the ryzen 7 just because it is overall better. They have the same price. Depends on the software. The Ryzen is better, if all cores can be utilized well. If not, than Intel is better.

Legion will give more frames, acer Nitro have rtx only features and may produce less frames! (will not be huge difference)(Difference is due to cpu performance difference) If you want rtx, then the difference can be neglected with what you get on 1660ti! If you play more comp games get legion ,otherwise go with rtx!

Cooling pad helps to some extend! Also if you really want to push hard on comp games, I reccommend you to go for an 60hz laptop with better gpu and buy an external monitor!

Any of them will be good, if you have minimum 1660ti as gpu! For games utilising single core performance, i7 will be good, but for future games, they are said to be working by utilising multicores, so in that case ryzen can be considered as it have higher core counts!

1650Ti is like entry level performer(low-medium-high on some-ultra on some) and rtx 2060 is like entry level on high end gaming(high-ultra)! So if you want high end gaming(also you can enjoy some rtx features) go for rtx! i5 10th gen will be good for autocad and 3d tools also! So pick according to your gaming use if its mainly for gaming! Otherwise if work is main, ryzen can give better results on renders on these 2d and 3d tools!!

i7-10750H + GTX 1660 Ti or R7 4800H + 1650 Ti? For gaming in the next years but also work. I sincerely don't think I need the power of a R7 4800H because I work with programming but i am mainly worried about intel's temperature. As far as I know Intel is super hot when gaming

I’m going between a Asus and Gigabyte laptop. Both have a rtx 2060 same ram too but the Asus one has a Ryzen 4800H, 240hz, and a 1TB ssd. The Gigabyte one has an intel i7 10th gen, 144hz, 512GB ssd. The Asus one is 100 dollars more though. But I feel like for just 100 dollars more you’re getting a lot more but I’m just worried that the ryzen cpu isn’t better than the intel one but what do you think I should get?
If you are looking in a budget oriented way and your main use is gaming,then go for gigabyte. Else if you want more refresh rate and also do content creation, go for asus model!!

If you are buying only for gaming, anything will do as they both have similar gpu, maybe i7 will be better with a small margin!! (But Ryzen may overcome that with better performance on dual channel setup) So you may look for other aspects of laptop like storage,battery,thermals,any other things which better suits you to finalise the better pick, as the gaming performance difference maynot be huge!!

I’d like to learn programming and I like playing games so I’m planning to buy a laptop which has R7-4800H, 16 GB of RAM, GTX1650 4 GB, and 512 GB SSD. It is Asus ROG Strix G15 G513. Would you recommend buying it? I mean, would it disappoint me?
And I’d like to say that I’m not a person who wants to play all games in 4K and ultra settings.

For heating issue almost all Laptops having Ryzen processors have fans (which speed can be controlled) to cool down .Now Ryzen cpus are available in 7nm Architecture but Intel is with 14nm that's why battery consumption is less for Ryzen Laptops.

If hp pavilion is also 144hz or if 144hz version of same spec pavilion is priced less than acer nitro!, Hp pavilion and acer nitro are bang for the buck's. For battery life and thermals, I didnt reccommended asus tuf a15 over acer nitro! The 2060 model asus tuf have worst processor among the list, but it can do the job if its only for gaming!! So you will get raytracing and some cool features that launched recently for rtx cards!! Also it comes with 16gb ram, its a complete package, you didnt have to worry about any upgrades soon if you buy that!! If that rtx version was not there, I would have gone for hp pavilion 144hz or acer nitro 144hz for better battery life and thermals!!

Is the RTX 2060 TUF model really just for gaming only, does it do multi tasking like editing or work task?
Do the other laptops do more than just gaming?
Because I want a laptop that can do both gaming and multi task like a regular computer. I"m not asking a high specs laptop but a laptop that's good enough to play all games with good framerates like 1080p at 60 frames for smooth gameplay. But also doing like regular work or multi tasking.
Since my brother's bedroom is too small and cramped and wont be able to fit a normal gaming computer. So a laptop is the only way he can get a decent or good computer at least.

You asked me to pick worst and best from the list, thats why!! As its an laptop we cant upgrade cpu and gpu later!! But you are not getting rtx on the other models also!! Its a tough list to sort out!! Like i said if you want rtx feautures go for rtx model, otherwise rtx 2060 and 1660ti produce similar frames, So 1660ti with any of these processor will be an good pick!! If i were in your place and i want an rtx card, i would certainly go for this rtx model even if i want to do video editing and stuffs like that!!

@@seekcentral777 The 17.3 inches of the first do not compensate for having a worse processor and a slightly worse graphics? I prefer a bigger screen but I don't know if there is much difference in performance, especially in the future (it also costs € 80 less)
@@guillermocastrogarcia8858 You can always have an external monitor if you wish(as you are thinking about 17.3inches ,I guess portability is not a problem for you), But you cant upgrade the CPU later(i7 9th gen is pretty worse than Ryzen 7 4800h). Even if RTX2060 is an entry level RTX card, it supports some cool features which are only on RTX cards!! Also 5i is the latest version of legion series, So you can expect some recent features too!! So with respect to all these things, I suggested Legion 5i!!
