Great song, I just stumbled across this band this morning. I don't understand why none of the western country bands are ever shared with people on the East coast.
As an outsider, non-country, rock/metal fan, I think his voice is what drew me in. I used to hear this at bars and the voice cracks kinda made it seem more authentic to me. Seemed like he wasn’t overdoing the “standard” country accent and was genuinely sad.
I'm not really into country but I'm waiting in the car on a rainy day, flipping through the radio and 95.9 didn't have any commercials so I left it there. I've got to say, this song is gold. Love it

Great song, I just stumbled across this band this morning. I don't understand why none of the western country bands are ever shared with people on the East coast.
It's crazy how you can really feel the emotion pouring out from the fiddle at the beginning.

As an outsider, non-country, rock/metal fan, I think his voice is what drew me in. I used to hear this at bars and the voice cracks kinda made it seem more authentic to me. Seemed like he wasn’t overdoing the “standard” country accent and was genuinely sad.
