    I tried this recipe in the iron paniyaram pan, Gita Ma... Was crispy outside and so soft inside.... Thq sooo much for your magic recipes, Gita Ma .. 🥰🥰💐 My 6 yr old daughters say... Thqooo Gita Paati... We love you😍

    Looks so yummy..one of my most favourite recipes from my mom..we add even groundnuts, soaked yellow moong dal and spring onion before pouring the adai onto tava..thanks so much for showing so many yummy traditional recipes..

    I just chanced upon your channel recently.And am glad I did as I and my family members love South Indian dishes , but I don’t know how to make many ... Your channel seems to be a treasure trove of the same . Thank you so much for sharing these dishes along with your invaluable tips with us . I must confess that cooking is not my forte and I usually fall into the category of ‘silent viewers ‘ but your ways of cooking encourage me to get up and make something new everyday . And today , what really prompted me to post a ‘Thank you very much dear Gita Aunty !’ 🙏🤗, was your tip to remember amounts for Adhai , with aid of the Hindi song ‘ e ji o ji ... 1-2-ka 4 ...’ ...😊😇. It was really a top tip 👌🏻👌🏻👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
    My Mum used to be an excellent cook ! She always told me , when I was younger ‘ just focus on your studies and all ‘. Cooking is easy , you’ll learn it in no time ‘ .Which I think is true .. Learning to cook is almost like a mathematical formula .., which you have to enjoy ! That’s how I learnt to cook . And how I motivate myself to cook further .

    Very known dish. IAM Iyengar. We made adai today same as you did. We used murunga keerai. But we did not use green chillies. But now only we watched video. Still good to see someone making same style as we do. We ate adai plainly but many at my house use vellam ghee combination.

    I think still we can add more chilly both green and red chilly but it's very heavy dosa only 3 dosa I made thin batter still had only 3 thanks very nice

      @@lalitha8021 Depends on which ones. The ones without coverings (bina chhilka) such as pink masoor and yellow channa dal can be soaked for a short while.
