I think you are wrong on this point. This could easily be overturned on appeal because of that move. They were also talking about that on CTV later. The fact that she was offered her own cell as she complains her paperwork not safe, hard to go through it in private but refuses own cell. Explain that? If Im prosecuting a case, or if Im a trial court judge, I then want to be careful that I follow both the apellate courts stare decisis, as well as pick up on best practices according to the appellate courts, because in theory If Im prosecuting this case, the last thing I want to do is run afoul of the 11th circuit. A consevative judge - the likes of Roberts, Scalia, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, etc. Are not as ameniable to the government as some of the opinions let on. The reason why is because of the writ of cert - federal circuit splits will put you in front of SCOTUS with a quickness, And the state appellate courts want to avoid federal review like the plague. Therefore, a prosecutor or trial court judge has to be careful of federal constitutional issues because not only does it filter as right vs. wrong it also filters into your legal carrear. Judge Cannon, for example, was an elite federal prosecutor (few if any reversals, and any reversals were probably difficult cases to boot) in front of the 11th Circuit, which was what made her worthy of remote consideration as a federal district judge as to even get on the appointment list. It therefore follows that nobody is looking for the defense to bring fourteenth amendment procedural or substantie due process claims, because the result can be more than the government wants to contend with for the fact that ome never really knows when, how, or where SCOTUS might set a land mark.

I, for example, am a quite outspoken vivacious, bubbly, vibrant individual and I'm clearly not a follower but a leader.
I was horrendously abused for 13 years by a monster. Everyone thought that there was something wrong with me and that he was wonderful. I actually can't even stand to think about the story so I'm not going to expound.
He finally met somebody that would not tolerate his abuse and he was murdered, at age 43, in 2003. The case has never been solved and the COD on the death certificate is almost as ridiculous as the death itself.
While I was momentarily devastated upon learning of his demise, I have to be honest in saying that I wasn't surprised. He was VERY abusive but hid it from people and the female in his life was always portrayed to be a horrible creature. I guess somebody finally got sick of it.

During the interrogation, she gave a list of things she and jorge did together before he died. I believe it was drinking, painting, puzzles, movie, and hide and seek. All these activities take time. At least 4 hours. She said SHE was the one to suggest these activities. No abusive man who severely abuses his wife into a battered woman would EVER let her decide what he does for a huge chunk of his day. That level of abuse is always done by a super controlling narcissistic individual. He absolutely would NOT have gotten into that suitcase willingly if he were severely abusing her.
