I mean, it's possible that she wanted to ask while she was there. I tend to not trust cops at all because they're allowed to lie and do nothing but cause problems in my state. Even if the interrogation gets tossed (and it probably won't) she's still cooked because of that video

    • @lazydaisy2292
      @lazydaisy2292 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

That's just not true. Her having her own questions is irrelevant to her knowing if she's coming down to be interrogated. Telling her to come down "to get her phone" is OBVIOUSLY not the same as "come down and answer questions." She CLEARLY didn't know this. Common sense would tell you that anyways. Police don't tell you come on down so we can question and arrest you. Come on now, you have to know that. Regardless, it's irrelevant. As long as she's read her rights, they're allowed to lie to you for information but I don't like people lying just because they don't like a defendant. You knew very well she was tricked but you're making up what you're saying because of who it is.

Peter have you watched first responder’s body cam? SB is too concerned about her smokes & Dr Pepper. No worry about the child, dogs, LE actually came to her & told her they were taking care of them. SB asked about who was all there, would there be more. Detective told her the steps being taken. After detectives went inside, SB called them back out 3+ mins later for an update! She kept getting up, bugging cops. Trying to find out what they knew. She was not hazy. She was planning. Not sure about Florida, but in California we have expressed and implied waivers of Miranda. Essentially, if we ask "Q-9" and they say yes, it's an expressed waiver. If we don't ask "Q-9" and they start answering our questions, it's an implied waiver. Both are acceptable as long as the person is not coerced, overly impaired, etc.

The only person in this entire situation who is truly an undeserved innocent victim is Sarah Boone's son. I hope he and his father are somehow able to distance themselves from this nonsense in a way that shields her son from any and all the negative attention that Sarah Boone continues to bring upon herself and anyone connected to her. Perhaps even some type of witness protection program where her son is able to live under an assumed identity allowing him to have as normal a childhood and learning experience as possible considering the horrific circumstances as a consequence of being exposed to Sarah Boone's chaos.

    • @sanityjihad1459

Oh I think the son knows exactly what his mother is and has already placed healthy boundaries between himself and her. In one of her letters to the judge, she was complaining about how the kid was talking to her on the phone because Brian (his Dad) was petitioning to cease her alimony payments while she is in prison and the son was telling his mom that Brian wasn't going to talk to her or pay her- because she's guilty and is going to prison. I don't know what she expected the judge of her CRIMINAL trial to do about what is essentially a family court issue, but at least by her doing that it gives us an insight into how the little guy feels and is doing. He sounded like his head is in the right place vis a vis this ridiculous woman- who just happened to give birth to him but completely failed at mothering him, just like she failed at pretty much everything else in her life- despite being so "smart"

Hes doing exactly as it's supposed to be. So many have lost their way and have taken away certain Rights such as Innocent unless proven guilty and so much more within the public domain and more.
The public forms their opinion based on a miniscule amount of Information on people so often. Once they don't like someone they then turn so much of it negative forgetting rights of People.
If it was so easy to determine guilt from some mere interview or a Body cam footage then there wouldn't be need for investigations.
I admire all who remember everyone has a right to fair treatment, trial and innocent unless proven guilty.

@@gotta-date-with-hate One can not know what led to the suitcase.
It's so easy to just take that little bit from then and make a judgement but our very laws say no.
I have witnessed people in situations where for example they were screaming at someone. Had someone not knew the before they may call them crazy for it. What led to the screaming? In Boones case what truly led to the suitcase? Boone has every right to defend and present evidence and testimony to do so and be assumed innocent.
The case must be looked at objectively and with the lens of innocent unless proven guilty.
I love how he follows that and encourages his viewers.

Yeah, I think the whole reason she flipped it upside down is cuz he was struggling to unzip it n get out n she was worried he might succeed, so she flipped it over to make sure he couldn't.

U don't need to unzip. He sat there like a moron until he had no energy to get out.

@seltonk5136 Bruce Rivers, the "no snitching lawyer" brought up the fact, that the floor has less air. That is why you drop low in a fire to escape. THEN he is contained and has less air. Bruce also says,"What kind of Hide and Seek is that? You hide and seek oxygen?"

It definitely hurt her case. Especially because of her lawyer's antics. Pissing off the judge is going to make things far worse for his client come trial time.

I noticed that SB stated she did NOT recall any mention of “normal protocol” at the time of the car interview.
Then later when being asked about the next day interrogation, she keeps referring to being told about “normal protocol” at the car interview. More conflicting statements?

I wish they could have used that sincere love to fuel their desire to stop drinking and focus on living a sober life 👍
We are all human, have vices and make stupid mistakes
She definitely should be fairly held accountable as determined by this jury and judge 👍
