I live here, and it's incredibly easy to get to both the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast by car or train. Brisbane is exceptionally clean and safe. It is hands down one of the safest cities. It's fresh air all around, it's an ideal spot to live IMO
You, may want to add that winter is the best time for BBQ's and Picnics along the river at either Southbank, Botanical Gardens or New Farm Park which is the biggest, they all have free BBQ's and can take the city cat ferries to all of them. :)
The Botanic Gardens in the city area next to the river is the old Botanic Gardens and there's a proper full on Official Botanic Gardens at the base of Mt Cootha actually. It has a planetarium for keen astronomers at the Mt Cootha Botanic Gardens.
Hi Guys, been watching you 2 for a while now. Love your channel. We came over to Oz 2 years ago from the UK, road trip in a motorhome between Sydney & Brisbane. Our final 2 days before flying back was spent in the Adina Hotel Anzac Square, and we spent an evening in the pub & nightclub you mentioned underneath Nomads. We loved the Dunder Bar, it was awesome in there 😊
Yeah Darwin and Cairns are a whole different level of hot and humid 😊. I does get hot here especially out towards Ipswich where i live but not the same degree.Brisbane is great . I was born on the gold coast but i wouldn't want to move back there again
I think most facts were fine, except the "hottest city in Oz" which is utter bollocks Luke :). It's only humid hot in the summer. Most of the year its comfortably warm and sunny and a great outdoor lifestyle, especially on the coast about 20 mins drive out of the city. If you want hot, head north to Cairns or Darwin. There are small beaches at Wynnum and Clontarf close to the city but the best beaches are 30 mins to an hour north or south of the CBD. Hire a car for a day and it will open up a world of experiences. Brissy is a great place to live and start a family if you're at that stage of life. Lots of British expats live and work here.

The Steve Erwin zoo? Do you mean Australia Zoo? Run by the Irwin's? (I not an E) That is on the Sunshine Coast.
Yes that was a spelling mistake thanks :)
Yoi both might want to check your facts about most things your speaking about.
@@anthonyproctor5104 it’s based on our own opinions :)
