I’m sure other people have already pointed this out but, the Cerulian Hidden Tear removes the FP cost from everything, not just spells, not just weapon arts, but also tools, and most importantly, Spirt Ashes, so any ashes that cost FP to summon are now free, if you want Taylew but haven’t invested into mind at all, this lets you summon him anyway.
Thank you Youwy for all of these videos Youre literally covering every piece of info someone might need when coming up with a build Thanks for all the hard work
Throliers armor, silver tear mask, arcane talisman, godricks rune, and the silver talisman are the best you can get for consistently farming items from mobs. Hope I helped out!
Imagine going through the whole game and not knowing what the tears are. There has got to be ONE person out there that figured out how to use them in like Farum Azula… and that’s very funny.
19:50 I remember using this one against consort Radahn in my first run, my logic was that I was killed when I missed a single dodge since he would combo me to hell so just speedrunning to his ‘safe points’ (like start of phase two and meteor attack) was just better to get full health
The biggest downside of the deflection tear is remembering I have it on. It is always on my flask but the effect is so subtle compared to some of the others that I forget the thing is even active
Winged crystal tear was far and away the best tear on my first ever run. Since I was horrible at the game the ability to wear the tankiest armor and light roll carried me through the late game.
Cerulean hidden tear with Emerald hidden tear can allow for spammable spell strats like rykards rancore to really shine because you can just spam a multihit spell for 10 or so seconds, which on the right build can delete large bosses, even in the dlc. Emerald tear also pairs well with a shield poke build because you remove the stamina loss penalty and can just poke for a full 15 seconds without worrying about your timing, which on some physical builds can be an outrageous bullying tactic.
The oil tear with fire tear on a flame build is real good. Combos are where it’s at. (Especially if you mix tears and talismans to REALLY boost a specific strategy to do like double damage or more)
Charged/Stance break tear + axe talisman + cragblade is so op it's not even funny. I shat on everything DLC bosses included when i used that with star fists or bloodfiend's arm.
Deflecting hardtear setups are some of the most fun builds in the game. I recommend trying it with Black steel greathammer, Milady, dryleaf arts, curseblade cirques, and colossal weapons. There's a lot of amazing weapons you can pair the Deflect tear with, these are just some of my favorites. Be wary though, because just like in sekiro, elemental attacks will still do chip damage through a perfect guard, so you should still dodge those
@@menialbeeYou can use it on any high stance damage weapon. It will most likely trap whatever you are fighting in a loop of being stance broken then getting a riposte. It’s very broken
Deflecting Tear actually turned Elden Ring into a better game for me. I still think it is not among the best From Software games but this sekiro parry straight up changed how I perceive this game
Windy Crystal Tear is very good. You can use against Gaius and consistently dodge the first charge attack by rolling direct into him even on Medium Load
i knew the shrouding tears would be n°1, 20% dmg for free with literally 0 skill required to use and no downside like the scorpion charms is just too great
crimsonburst crystal tear can be a good part of a ritual shield talisman build one with danes footwork and ironjar aromatic and you can add holy ground and melanias great rune and never need to dodge or even heal
im not trying to argue its actually good but i have used twiggy cracked tear for probably the last 50 ng+ runs bc i hate worrying about my money and i realized i dont need any other flask effects to beat the game so i just started using twiggy and i use the other slot for whatever my build is
you do know with infinite stamina you can hold up a shield for 15 seconds and not need to worry about guard boost thats basically the only good purpose for the viridian hidden tear it gives you 15 seconds of mindless block and poke
He isn’t getting paid much at all. TH-cam takes 55% and the government still gets their cut. If he made 100k off of this video he probably walks away with 20k. It’s criminal.
L take, winged crystal is absolutely s tier and is almost as good as deflecting hard tear imo. Light load in a bottle for 3 minutes can really improve survivability in pvp and pve too. If you arent confident at beating the boss in under 3 minutes or you are slow at menu navigation (press the start or options button to exit the menu instead of repeatedly pressing the x or o to go back repeatedly) then you can just wear med load armor loadout so if you run out you arent caught with your pants down😂
Deflecting hardtear is by far the best tear and it’s not even close having it at #2 is criminally underrating it. it literally carried me through rellana with little effort, midra, and gaius. It’s absolutely broken I still can’t believe they put it into the game it’s a hard carry especially vs enemies that do physical. Even against elemental it still protects enough of that damage that it really doesn’t become a factor. It’s as close to a hard carry as you get in this game. Plus it’s a super fun way to play. Very punishing if you whiff the deflect but it’s not hard to land. Plus put it on a weapon that has a piercing counter + the pierce damage talisman, and it’s easy to time the counter for when the boss is in the middle of a combo and BAM a ton of damage. Truly doesn’t get enough respect
Also pairing with the black knight greathammer has a holy damage aftershock on its guard counter and it takes such little stamina when you nail the deflect. Sword lance infused with elements paired with elements tear+deflect tear + spear talisman + scorpion talisman + curved sword talisman + dagger talisman or blade of mercy (i prefer blade of mercy)
It also requires skill to use. I tried and simply could not make it work. But I have an easy time abusing other sorts of builds that require less skill
bro you don't need to say "actually" so much, we believe you The only use I've thought of for the Viridian Hidden Tear is for attacks like Stone of Gurranq, which has a low FP cost but a high stamina cost. You can chuck rocks at Malenia after she uses Scarlet Aeonia, but you'll run out of stamina after 3 or 4 of them and miss out on damage. Using that tear will let you just shred her HP while she sits there.
And it's good not just for Comut Azur but spamming Night Comet. This + the first FP bar will kill any NPC invader. No need to drink mid-fight.
Thank you Youwy for all of these videos
Youre literally covering every piece of info someone might need when coming up with a build
Thanks for all the hard work
Haven't even watched the video and I already know the deflect tear gonna be #1. It's just way too good
Bro might be wrong
:(
You were very close and honestly it does deserve it but the number 1 spot is still a very solid pick
People yearns for a sekiro sequel 😢
XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD IT’S #2 XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Man I wanted an Arcane boosting tear. And a Discovery boosting tear. +100 Discovery for 5 minutes, let's go.
No arcane tear is the greatest oversight in history
@ that might be a *bit* too strong a statement, but I certainly agree we should have one 😉
Throliers armor, silver tear mask, arcane talisman, godricks rune, and the silver talisman are the best you can get for consistently farming items from mobs. Hope I helped out!
You’re gonna spend all afternoon getting that set of Magma Blades, and you’re gonna like it!
9:50 The Diddy Tear
Oil up and spread them 🙏
Alright I've seen enough, every crafting material ranked
Deflecting tear my beloved❤
16:52 sounds like a fantastic combination for the Consort fight
Your videos are extremely thorough and extremely helpful at the same time. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

where would you rank morgott's feet
4:31 45s would completely break dueling shields I think.
It doesn't actually work with shields/blocking
The biggest downside of the deflection tear is remembering I have it on. It is always on my flask but the effect is so subtle compared to some of the others that I forget the thing is even active
0:14, bro anyone who doesn’t know hasn’t played the game
The Glovewort Crystal Tear is only a 7.5% increase in damage for spirit summons
Winged crystal tear was far and away the best tear on my first ever run. Since I was horrible at the game the ability to wear the tankiest armor and light roll carried me through the late game.

I've literally only ever used the stat tears, the charged attack and stance break tears, and I think the opaline bubble tear on a single occasion.
Gotta explore more builds :)

I used the twiggy cracked tear as a replacement for the homeward bone when exploring certain places
24:30 I vocally went "What the fuck was that damage!"
Yeah, that guard counter damage at 24:59 was absurd
Twiggy cracked tear is good when you do parkour
7:14 you can get by Mohgs rite of blood by using only two flasks

Any chance you might rank the shields? Thanks
I completely ignored the deflecting tear on my playtrough, but now that i’ve played sekiro i just wanna know how it feels to be wolf in elden ring
Hi i have a big freackle on my arm would you tell me what to do?
Cerulean hidden tear will allow you to summon any summon even if you dont meet the fp requirements.
Charge attack tear make me a little randy
Yes, i agree. Good video.

Cook book tear list when?
what sword were you using at 24:13
Looks like the sword lance
plz, do a all weapon classes ranked video with the new dlc weapons

Bernahl's Beast champion armor. He invades you at Farum Azula. Or you can kill him at the Limgrave shack but you dont get the cape i think.

That’s what the oil jars are for, and you can carry them in bulk as a plus

The sekiro tear should have been a mechanic or at least, added to the base game
Stoneberb that low?

SPOILER ALERT!
"It actually." "It does."
AND, "it actually does."
just so everyone knows...
A new video
next : ranking summon
Npc or spirit ash cuz he’s don’t spirit ashes
"There isnt a spesific best crystal tear"
Opal hard tear: "am i a joke to you?"
