- Here is my ultimate gimbal comparison from all the DJI gimbals and Zhiyun gimbals that I own personally for the last two years. This is by no means a full comprehensive review as it would have taken hours, but my thoughts and honest feedback and which one is right for you. Hopefully, it's helpful. I’ve had a full ring around my old Ronin M but when I rented the RS3 PRO I absolutely loved how it auto locked when powering off. Made going from location to location soo much more enjoyable and allowed for more time to film

I'm a beginner and wanted to say that it would be SUPER helpful if you had a caption on the video whenever you switch talking about a model, because there are so many you cover that I don't remember which model you're talking about and/or a caption that says the model under each gimbal when it's in frame. The review itself is SUPER helpful and has great quick points though! Thank you for this!
For example --- 18:59 "Just to recap: If you have a phone camera, use one of these" *holds up a gimbal I don't know the make and model of and immediately moves on*

So happy I found your channel. I'm just getting started, ~1yr, & wish I knew more back then. I picked up a Moza Mini-P, not bad, but doesn't connect with my Sony ZV-E10 like people claimed, or lead people to believe.
I have really been enjoying shooting video for family events & am looking to get a Sony FX-30 or maybe even the FX-3. Yes, I'm enjoying it that much I'm willing to spend that much as I want the flexibility, though I am still looking at getting a used A7SIII.

What is your recommendation for Olympus OMD EM1 Mark2 for occasional vlogging?
Is there a gimbal for this novice using the Canon R7 using the 18 to 150 mm lens (kit) and a Deity V-Mic D4 Duo mic? Will use it more for vlogging, street photography, and travel. Just looking for suggestions. I've been watching so many videos it gets confusing. I'd be a beginner, so not looking for the expensive pro one, just something that will function for what I mentioned, like a shooting grip type. Anyone direction or suggestions would be helpful.

I love that you encourage people to go and find a 2nd hand option or wait for a discount. This way I managed to buy a barely used RS 2 Pro Combo for a little more than a brand new RSC 2 but under the price of the RS 3. It was a no-brainer to go for the RS 2.
yep no one is made of money, trying to keep this channel as honest as possible, just putting myself in consumer's shoes rather than the brands :)

Has the crane m2s or crane m3 have any malfunctions ? I had to send two m2s back , joystick broke and the other the locking mechanism broke. Thinking about getting the crane m3.

The 2s if you on budget or m3 if budget allows. Try source a second hand they both are decent and should able source it for a good deal.

If I dont have a gimbal at all, but use A7iii with cinema lens or Sony G series prime lens, then which gimbal is best to get? I am not a shooting anything high end nor do I see myself upgrading camera to FX6 or 9.

I'm debating between the Webill 3/M3 or the RS3 on a Sony RX100 VII and A7R3. But it seems like the RS3 has more control capabilities compared to the Zhiyun options with the RX100 VII. Is this accurate?
I would pick rs3 if budget allows. Covers all fields.

I can see in the footage that the Zhiyun M2S leans sideways a bit. My own M2S does that too, is that a calibration problem or does the Zhiyun M2S just tend to do that?
sometimes it happens with the motor setting, there is setting in menu to adjust it

if money isnt an option def rs2, its not in the same league. RS2 is for pro heavier cameras.

im not a strong believe in wait for the next best thing cause there will always be something better, rather just chose what is right for you. I feel like time cannot be bought back with money. To your second qns, maybe not in oct but probably something else later in the year - tho don't quote me on it :)

M3 is a good choice. light and compact good choice for the ZV series
I have all the zhiyun gimbal all of them doesn’t work well the cranes shake and cant use them for professional work

i have problem with my zhiyun crane m2s, 1 day
after i bought it, the gimbal keep spinning to the
right, eventho i didnt press the joystick, i returned
the unit to the store where i bought it, it took them
10 days to repaired, they said something wromg
with the joystick. but i refused to take it home with
me cos how come 1 day the gimbal already
broken, so they decided to replace my unit with
brand new, but after 1 week of using it, i face the
same problem, the gimbal keep spinning to the
right eventho i didnt press anything. this product
is totally a failure, good bye zhiyun, i wont spend
any money for you no more 🚫
