3:54 Why was the driver looking out onto the platform instead of the guard? Just curious

I'm not sure, I believe it may have had something to do with the visibility issues cause the sun was shining at him and if he was in the cab it would have been glaring on the windscreen ☀️ also a side note the guard was taking ages to close the doors and departe the train I believe for the same visibility issues cause he struggled to see if anyone else was boarding or disembarking I Dont know that's just my personal personal theory 🙂👍
