2001-2005 lexus IS300 factory amp bypass+aftermarket speaker amp/subwoofer amp install/explanation

yo could you help a brother out? the previous owner installed a pioneer double din and my rear speakers definitely do not work. do you happen to know what to do then?

I appreciate you trying to make it easier for anyone trying to do that. I have a couple questions tho I'm about to try it myself. You have factory door and rear speakers right? And to make them sound good you added in the aftermarket amp and how good was the quality of the OEM speakers?

I have aftermarket door and rear speakers, if you have oem it’s not a problem I recommend following the same process and if they still sound bad then it’s time to replace the oem speakers.

What are the greys/white wires that you said you wired in? Also where do they get wired in too?
