The pins are way too weak for my ball valve. It might be because the valve is at a 90 degree angle to this example, but the pins started getting pushed and actually bent the metal shut off arm. The arm is slotted so it is easy for the pins to slide around and not stay in place. Oh well.
Nice product that is even nicer with the App. Question pls: we would need to utilize your valve shut off in conjunction with a water flow meter as a signaling device. We will not know where the leak would occur but the flow meter would tell us, there is a leak somewhere during a time there shouldn't be any water consumption. Could we do something like that with a digital flow meter to alarm us? Does your app accept alternate inputs/triggers? Thanks

Why do you require a minimum torque rating? The torque rating typically refers to the maximum torque. Welp, i thought i found the perfect gadget 😒 to solve my issue with teenage boys who enjoy taking exceptionally long showers... Unfortunately, this doesn't measure consumption and auto shut off the water after 'n' minutes.

So how do you adjust the movement of the actuator. Mine is off by 90 degrees.

Why they don't extend lever of device to increase torque?
It'll require huge torque to rotate it at that lever lenght.
The arm length does not matter as the torque is from the center motor, get it?
