Suppose both TDBFP ARE RUNNING ,YOU HAVE TO OPEN THE RECIRCULATION VALVE OF TDBFP AND CLOSE THE RECIRCULATION VALVE OF MDBFP THEN SIMPLY OPEN THE RECIRCULATION OF TDBFP FIRST AND AFTER SOME TIME CLOSE THE RECIRCULATION VALVE OF MDBFP WITHOUT DRAINING THE DRUM . DRUM LEVEL WILL BE MAINTAINED AS PER THE SET POINT.

To minimise the starting load. It is not necessary to decrease the scoop upto 25 % ,but decrease the scoop from the tracking value so that it should not be loaded

The pr before the NRV is not sufficient to open the It as downstream pr is very high

Biasing is given in TDBFP speed set point to avoid the opening of Recirculation valve of TDBFP

Yes,First open the recirculation valve of TDBFP to open after that close Recirculation valve of MDBFP.
After that take TDBFP in manual mode from remote and reduce the speed ref

Scoop is on auto mode , c&I problem it is showing in manual mode.Actually it works in auto mode .
Drum level to be maintained about -80 to -100 mm during interchange of recirculation valve
