I used to love drinking those core power drinkd, I literally stared because of you but I recently stopped because I found an ingredient Carrageenan. I think it is really bad after doing research. Now I'm looking for smoothies and other high protein things. Just a heads up, I mean if you change it out or not, it's up to you. I just hate the bad ingredients we don't know about.

I use the AirTag on my cat’s harness (not collar) and keep it on her when she’s outside, walking etc. she also hates other animals and tends to growl and even chase them. Even though I have a good garbed that she can’t escape from, it’s good for my peace of mind to know she has the AirTag on her since I’d rather let go of the leash, than have her escape the harness when in stress

Sorry to burst your bubble, but manicure that involves very precise cuticle work and ‘combi’ manicure technique is not russian. Like other comment here mentioned, in Poland it’s the main way of manicure. It’s popular across Eastern European countries, and has nothing to do with russians
