Yep we noticed that too! Seems everyone got the same box but they were definitely advertising it as a game of chance !

Happy Sunday!!! I haven’t used colourpop in a while. I bought several pallets from them in the past and I had a lot of shadows that fell out like that. For me, I couldn’t get them to blend the way I needed it to but I’m pretty sure it was the brush operator 😂 😂😂 thanks for sharing! I’m going to try it again, the boxes are still available so I ordered one😂y’all have a great week!!❤

I ordered the princess collection 4 or 5 years ago, 1 shadow destroyed the whole order, I had to clean everything off they did not refund my money they offered me credit off of a future purchase and I never purchased from them ever again -- LOVE YOU GALS

They just reached out to me said they don't package used items but they will send me a new lip gloss and i'm very happy

I heard they had zero variation this box :/ I liked wild child. I own baby got peach and would never use a main squeeze. Hope the service goes well! If there's one to loose the glitter chunk was the one to lose :)
They definitely advertised it like it was a game of chance! Disappointing when it’s not. Jen actually said she won’t even use the glitter so if they give credit instead of replacing it will be ok.

I’ve received damaged and used/swatched product before from colourpop. They replace it but do require pictures of proof obviously.
Requiring pictures is totally understandable! Hopefully they get back to Jen quickly!

I liked most of the colors in the palettes in the Colour Pop box 📦. Not bad. I agree with the pink one. I'd use a little of the sparkly colors (pink too) as a tap 👉 👈 of color by my upper lashes.

You ladies are always too funny but don't think yr the only person this happens to you. I've been getting eyescream beauty bags for quite some time. I didn't receive the month of May. I had to reach out to them twice. They finally showed up the beginning of June for my may bag. And the lip gloss had No, seal on it.The lights did not work Fingerprints all over it and there was a mirror on the side of the lip gloss and it had Fingerprints all over.I will never use that it was disgusting.I was so disappointed
