- Hello, my lovely friends and fellow Tingleheads :) I've got a new role play for you! It takes place at an herb store you've visited with a list of items you'd like to purchase. I demonstrate some of the practical uses of the herbs (such as grinding lavender for use in food, sampling an herbal lotion, burning sage, and brewing an herbal tea) and then package everything up for you. Relax and enjoy! ♥

This has became a weird Christmas tradition for me. In 2015 I discovered ASMR via this video. This is the first one I watched. I watched it Christmas Eve to help me sleep and now Every Christmas Eve before I go to sleep I listen to this as a rule. Don’t know why but 4 year in a row of it so why stop now.

I just thought of a great idea for a ear to ear type thing. It can be the angel and devil of a situation and they each are there and they would come up to your ear and tell you what you should do. I would love to see this!

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve listened to this video, it’s one of my favourites. Thankyou
ASMR has changed my life! I'm almost 18 and in my senior year of high school. With the stress of school, sports, friends, work, etc I also have suffered from insomnia due to PTSD since I was 9 years old. Doctors/psychologists prescribed special diets, workouts, and medications. All of which made me incredibly I'll, bored, or only made my condition worse. For 3 years I tried everything, with no positive results. Lack of sleep took its toll. My grades dropped, I couldn't preform well in sports and cause chronic depression and manic episodes. I had lost all hope. It wasn't until I went to a physical therapist for a sprained ankle that I found relief for the first time in 3 years. Stretching and being massaged by my PT put me asleep within 10 minutes and for the first time in years, I went to sleep naturally. I started watching ASMR videos that night and have been sleeping. I got my grades back, and was able to compete once again in sports at a high level. ASMR truly saved my life! Thanks

returning to the comment section 5 months later just to say that this video has helped me a lot, and i replay the audio on my phone quite frequently. i have a lot of anxiety, and when i try to go to sleep my thoughts will run a million miles a minute even if i'm extremely sleepy. this has helped. also, with recent health issues that no doctor has been able to diagnose the culprit for, this has helped a lot as well (especially last night when trying to sleep was painful). I've listened to countless ASMR videos/audios and this one remains my very favorite. I would LOVE for you to do more herb-related videos ^w^
In Argentina there are herb stores, where you can find a dried herbs for all sorts of ailments. The owners, usually older people know their stuff well. Hope someday herbs can be sold in America without a capsule or factory made. So many nature preserve parks are loaded with medicinal herbs, people sadly know more about apps than plants. Soooooo relaxing! Thank you for this one. Fun fact about lavender: It's also great to use in skincare because it's incredibly balancing. If you add it to a cleanser or toner it will help balance out your skin's oil production while moisturizing dry patches, making it a great option for combination skin.

Ally a video of you working in a small coffee shop type cafe brewing coffees and wrapping up sandwiches in brown bags of baggies would be awesome. Putting sweets in paper bags, etc while talking with your customer. Your soft voice and the noise of bags has an awesome tingly effect.

But if I put this on, I'm super drowsy by the lavender crushing, going in and out of sleep by the white sage, and lost in Slumberland sometime beyond that. Without fail. I truly hope you consider doing an herb shop part 2. With more herb crushing, burning, tea making, and relaxing information about the herbs. Some people do not have 'ASMR'...you can still enjoy it and use it to simply relax.
Not everyone gets ASMR but usually people who find ASMR videos really relaxing experience some degree of it. Some people don't get tingles from videos but do from personal attention or someone whispering closely in person. It might mild and only happen rarely, not everyone gets strong tingles.
I've been watching ASMR for 5 years, I'm a senior in high school and I started watching in 7'th grade. I've experienced tingles about 15 times overall. Keep in mind I watch ASMR every night to help me fall asleep. Keep looking for your trigger, you'll find it.

My number one trigger is fingernails tapping and scraping against nearly any hard surface, but it has to be done the right way or else it's just causes more anxiety and frustration. I've listened to so many other ASMRtists, and Ally is the only one that pulls it off perfectly.
I could just listen to an entire video of her nails tapping against books and boxes and wood for hours. I just melt into a pile of sleepy goo.

Hi Ally, I just wanted to say that I am a huge fan of your ASMR videos. Your videos help me relax when I feel anxious or when I feel like I am going to have a panic attack. I get calm and relaxed while listening to the sounds and I am able to fall asleep better (I have a fear of dark and even tho I take medication for lowering the anxiety, I still find it difficult sometimes not to panic and your videos make me soooo calm:) ) Keep doing those videos, please xx
