HBD! I have two, and use them kind of like you do. One as a scratch pad, one with my best compositions to live remix. I can definitely see getting a third one. Sometimes I like to use one as a drum machine on channels one through four and another as bass and melodic instruments. But it would be cool to have all three modules in three different OP-Z’s. Damn, they thought of everything!
thanks! and yeah that sounds dope! the only module I don't use (or know how to / have a use for ) is the OP-Lab I think its called? I also havent really dove into a use case that makes sense for me with the line module yet, but the rumble module is sooooo dope to me!
I also use it as a soundcard for iPhone/iPad for wired headphones… With the Rumble inside you can get a great feeling watching movies as well! Also connect them with both audio and midi they work great!! Congratulations! 🍾🎈
Yeah, that's kinda why I picked up a second one too -- different use cases. Well, the second one I bought needs repairs first. But the idea is .. one of them will be for building up beats and tracks with recording in mind, and the other one will be for live use, or experimenting and cooking. At some point, I might try to hook them both together and make something richer. Or, getting better multi-track output without having to mess with mute groups and re-recording multiple times. I love the OPZ, it's so fun. :)
damn. honestly IDK... i have heard the stories like the rest of the people in this space... but I don't have any insights on if an actual issue was discovered internally and resolved ... my first unit had no issues... this second one I got so far I may have experienced a little of the double trig that people have spoken about but still testing to be sure!

Did they ever fix the bent/bowed chassis on units that are being shipped today?
I went through 3 and couldn’t get a hold of one that was straight.
