One of the joys of living & driving in Scotland is that away from the Rush Hour most Scottish roads have only light to medium traffic. Near the major cities the road are a wee bit busier but no way as blocked as south of the border. eg. From Glasgow central to home near Ayr a journey of abour 43miles takes me about 40 minutes because once I clear Glasgow centre the traffic is always moving.
