Very soothing video content to watch. Love the calmness, visual experience and recipe. Maekjeok is one of my favourite dishes. Too bad they don't serve it in Korean places here in the west. I would even say that the doenjang gives the dish an umami punch regular beef bulgogi has less of.

된장찌게에 아무리 이거저것 넣어도 맛이안나는것은 된장자체가 맛이없기때문이다
드디어 한식집에서 파는 맛있는 된장을 발견했다
그것은 신송된장이다 얼마나 맛있는지 땡초와 두부만넣어도 그맛은 형용 할수가 없다 ^^
후라이팬은 롯지인가요 아님 어디건가요 ? 롯지는 깨끗이 씨고나면 또구워야하고 기름칠하고 냄새가 장난이 아니라서 ㅋ
