Thanks for letting us tag along, Bob. Reminds me of when I would go to the KC Dealers Auction with my late father-in-law. They ran 3 rings at a time and you had to be on your game to keep up. Nice score on the DTS. Happy New Year to you and Becky.
Bob, re: the XC60, check for Volvo Quality Bulletin P10207 to see if that chassis number falls in the range for the excessive oil consumption issue. Although it’s probably too late to qualify for piston ring or engine replacement by Volvo since it’s past 100K miles, you could at least check the service history to be sure (assuming it has the issue). We had the issue with our 2015.5 XC60 and it took 6 months to get the dealer to do the piston replacement.
Wow! $12,600 for a bare bones 4X2 Taco with 102,980 miles (and it needs a new battery). I wonder what my '07 Taco 4X4, same access cab, SR5 with no rust and 77K miles would get? I paid 17K for it used back in '08 with 22K miles.
Hello from Ireland again, Bob. That MG looks very clean, we have loads of them over here, there a decent Car, bro. I love watching your American Vehicles. That Interior looks like a Couch we used to sit on lol. Anyway, Happy New Year to all you're Family, Bob. 🙏🙏👌🥰👏👏👏 👏👏👏👏 Bob, that Tacoma 2.7 is considered big over here, lol. I love it when you say, "Its only a little 2.7 engine" lol. So funny mate.
This was very interesting, to see 'behind the scenes' of a working business. Happy New Year, Bob and continued success into 2025. Greetings from Prague, CZ
You should do these videos every week! Love seeing the normal everyday/not common vehicles of days gone by! The exotic high dollar stuff is nice but I’d rather see a 90’s Prelude or a 80’s Big Bodied Ford over all that stuff!
Thank you - that was a side of things most of us don't get to see. That Cadillac was really very nice. Again, thank you sir, a Happy and Prosperous 2025 to you!

Here's a method to use when buying old cars. Look at the car in three parts : the mechanicals, the body and the interior. Don't buy any "classic" car if more than one of those criteria need lots of work/money. While everything is fixable, don't spend more on the purchase and repair than the car will be worth.
Bordello red interior? My mother had a Dodge? Wagon with a bordello red interior, so my brother and I painted her dome light red with spray paint and reinstalled it. My mom never realized what we had done, but her Church Lady friend sure did!
