You know there’s no such thing as European culture right..? There are alot of different countries in Europe and my culture (Swedish) is vastly different from for an example the Greek culture. It’s like saying there’s an American culture and include the whole continent, both North, Middle and South America.

It just means in general the cultures in the continents are beautiful. (At least i think that's what they meant hopefully I worded it right😂).
