This thing looks so awesome you really brought out ruff running through the dessert look. I don't know how you would do it but if your could put this in a sand storm diorama it would look so badass!
Wow thanks dude, this was really pleasing to watch! The liger went out perfectly! I've just started to build my Liger Bang Version after 4 years haha! You really inspired me to build it, but I wanted to ask you for some tips, like what kind of grey did you use for those little vents near the cockpit and mouth and behind the flaps/blades on the sides of the head? Also the bang ver. has an ugly chicken yellow plastic on the fangs and foot and I bought Tamiya x-12 gold leaf but I want to create a color a little more accurate to the color of the Liger Mirage which is a little darker, any tips on that? I'm not really good at choosing colors ): also since most of the plastic in the kit is black, I wanted to try some dry washing, but I don't what shade of grey I should use. Again awesome video !! I've already subbed :D
Ignis 227 Sure thing dude I'll be more than happy to help you out. For the vents I use not a gray but actually a tamiya paint xf-85 Rubber Black. Once applied it creates a nice flat smooth grayish black texture. Which is primarily the reason why I use that rubber black for the chipping effects on the white surfaces. As for the liger feet that's a tricky one. I would recommend using a black primer (Mr.hobby Mr. Finishing surface 1500 black )as a base before applying the gold leaf spray on to the feet. Now the dark areas my vary depending on using spray can versus actually airbrushing. If you do go the choice of airbrushing you're going to get better results. However if you're not comfortable airbrushing and you want to use a spray can gently spray the area one time and let the paint sit. If you do see an improvement on the color texture then apply one more coat on to it and you should get the results you want. Hopefully that helps :-)
Hello, I was wondering if i could get some advice on building a Zoids model kit. I recently preorder a 1/72 scale H.M.M Liger Zero Marking Plus Ver and Panzer Model Kit. I'm an absolute beginner and I have no Idea what im doing or what im going to do. Could you tell me what tools I need and what to be careful of? I also heard I might need glue because some pieces don't stay together. In that case what type of Modelling cement.
Well for starters your going to need a good tool starter set. I would recommend the "BXQINLENX Professional 33 PCS Gundam Model Tools Kit Modeler Basic Tools Craft Set". I thinks Its going for around $30 on Amazon.com. For glue you can us a " Tamiya 87038 Extra Thin Cement Glue Fine Tip". I personally use "Bob Smith Industries BSI-135H Maxi-Cure Extra Thick Super Glue" . For cement glue Tamiya 300087062 Cement kit Is a good choice.
yo you know what my friend did too this model kit since he could not aford the van or ban in jp sub or english dubbed . my friend painted the white one and the hwite command wolf too the chaotic century ones ervine custom and van custom and he also got a second gunsniper did a naomie red gunsniper custom with out the whezzel unitshe just lef on the guns on the arms removed the backpack

You should've painted the cockpit lid to be a solid orange, like in the anime.

Not yet. But as of right now I'm in the planning phases of selling my recent kits I built last year and putting them up on eBay.
