Now I know it seems kind of strange that Im Premier this Friday when I normally Premiere my videos on Sundays. But Things are kind of crazy right now here in Southern California. Since I live relatively close to Altadena California I've been issued a warnings for a potential evacuation this week. Funny story. I actually found this same figure when i was a kid at goodwill. Never knew what it was until i got into gunpla. Kept it forever. Probably still have it somewhere. Awesome build man! Keep it up!

I just stumbled across this on a random search. This is undoubtedly one of the best construction videos I have ever seen. The style the angles,what to show. Just incredible.
And the way you paint up the kit is phenomenal. I love the LED's, the paint colours you have chosen. All those colours are beautifully blended on the model itself.

I really enjoyed the look you gave to Liger Zero. You gave him the retired kind of battle vet. Like he belonged to my grandpa when he was younger kind of vibe. Amazing job with the lighting an painting.
Just picked one up today! Can't wait to put it together. So blessed to have the updated model kits. The ones from the late 90s and early 2000s were awesome but these days they actually end up looking like the box rather for the same prices. Love it. Love what you did with the LED!

the claw part felt so intimidating to do at first , but after making one , the other was quite easy.....
sincererly thank you for the guide & video to help with the LED planning. i think i would never dare to challenge myself to place so many LED in just one Kit alone, and probably take multiple error to make it right....
Plaza Japan has a good amount of Zoids kits for a reasonable price, that's where I got mine

I would love to use them but shipping to Australia is like double most kits
Do you have to pay customs fee? Thought about going through them to get a model or 2.
Prices are low but shipping brings it up to higher than what you would get most of them elsewhere

I like how you can get such great results using alcohol-based acrylic paints. A lot of modellers, particularly those doing gunpla, seem to prefer lacquer paints. I tried to use lacquer paints too but I just couldn't deal with the smell and waste disposal problem (errrr, I don't think it's something that should be toss down the drain). Also imagine accidentally spilling lacquer paint all over your newly finished floor....
They use lacquer because it’s dries quicker and it’s stronger and more scratch resistant. Still not as toxic as enamel. Also hope your not tossing acrylics down the drain they still have chemicals in them.
Wow so funny! I've been itching to try a model kit build for awhile and I loved Zoids as a kid. Just this week I bought this exact Liger Zero and its been awesome getting into the hobby. Love the vids and that custom wiring is so awesome!
Personally I prefer the motorized kits. For me they feel like they are higher quality plastic. Plus, them being able to walk is the best thing about a Zoids kit.
your leds work is rock solid, the flat clear to diffuse the led is awesome ;)
Every time I see your videos and makes me want to improve on my skills and omg i fallen in love with your liger zero i have some many of them in there different armored and I been trying to get into led and watching your videos helps

Edit: (moreso an afterthought) gosh if you're able to ever get the HMM Command Wolf Irvine I would LOVE to see how you custom build it! I always feel its coloring out of box from both Kotobukiya and Tomy are off from the anime! (Moreso the Tomy one)

The standard Liger 0 has always been a yellowy off-white color (even the motorized ones), so may not be age too much, esp if you got the marking + version. But all that aside your build and customizing is absolutely GORGEOUS! The LED work is stunning! (And it's BLADE Liger Mirage, just to nitpick xD) But holy hell I'd buy that Liger 0 from you any day if I had the cash to pay what a custom job like that is worth.
It’s supposed to have the yellow tint when you translate the paint code it’s 97% white, 2% yellow orange, 1% clear orange.

Hey I just bought myself one of this model kits and gotta say your video is an inspiration on how I want to build mine. The problem is I haven't really built any models in several years and I was never that good at it. So yah watching your video has me feeling a little bit scared of screwing up.. the thing royally. Also looking on advice as to where I could go for some help.. for detailing mine like yours. So if you could shoot me a message that would be great.. if memory serves me. yours didnt come with Bit as its the markings plus version of the kit (more decals than the original release) my kit only came with a couple of decals (my kit i got about 10 years back) but it did come with Bit as the pilot. great build. i have most of the original ligers. im only missing Schneider

I've gone through and made a list of the paint used. My only confusion is the white. You label it as Insomniac White, which I cannot find. Did you miss read, is it Insignia White?
Looked closer at your video and see now it is indeed Insignia White.
