The insights you provide are interesting to me even though I am not a team sports type of person, though I did study some spirts medicine in a program at Wake Forest/Bowman-Gray. So my enjoyment from sports comes from either actually playing individual sports such as tennis, swimming, golf, track, bowling or being on the sidelines with players during games. But watching sports? Never been to a professional game of anything except sumo here in Japan. BUT your insights are cool. So, could you maybe do a clip commenting your career in baseball as to whether or not it was what would be considered ‘typical’ for those talented players that actually make it to MLB as you did?

Can you talk about rules pertaining to what MLB players can't do in their free time - for example, activities that might be prone to injuries. The reason I ask, is that one of the Padres pitchers was being interviewed about what he likes to do in his free time, and he mentioned that he likes to play paintball, but he can't.
