PARNASSIUS | One Week Film

Made in one week at CalArts with my very talented friend ‪@ivqks159‬ !
The concept originally came from a deranged quarry-based story we were both thinking about, and slowly evolved into sad space women. Two days spent writing, one day spent on visdev, two days (and nights) in production. I couldn't have asked for a better creative partner! :D Our awesome friend, ‪@lunely‬ , was also kind enough to lend her remarkable voice to this project. We hope you enjoy this film as much as we enjoyed working on it!!

So as far as I understood, astronaut believes people on earth and her love given up on her, because her spaceship lost its course or some other reason. When in reality, something horrible happens on Earth that leads to the destruction of the planet. I am asuming. Non the less. I rewatched the film for few times now. Its amazing. The frames, colour pallet. Poses. Everything is just perfectly done.
