5k Race FAIL | How NOT To Run In Hot Weather

  • I went into last weekend's 2XU Compression Run with a negative split 5km race strategy and a goal of sub 16:50. As you can probably tell by watching the video, it did not go as planned and everything went horribly wrong. I had a very bad bonk and was forced to DNF. However, I think that there were many valuable lessons that came out from this race, regarding race nutrition, hydration, race strategy and more.
