We can't judge ppl because we don't know their stories. Judge is trained in counselling and so has a better understanding of substances use behaviours and tools that can be used to address them. Glad he cleared that up. So many broken children and families, scars that are still not mended after parent passes. Sad!

I didn’t find this out until in my 20s and now it makes sense why there’s so much disfunction. My gma still lies about it and my aunt hates her still. The kids that went into foster care hate my aunt bc they believe their mom and think she lied about it. So sad! This was over 30 years ago and they are still hurt!

Judge Mathis line of questions to the Plaintiff seemed inappropriate. She was a child and he's asking in-depth questions about her mom's prostitution and what type of drugs mom was on. And his tone of questioning wasn't empathetic at all. Digging up childhood trauma can set the plaintiff back mentally for a very long time. Her story is not for our entertainment. Plaintiff deserves empathy. May God continue to BLESS her. 💖💖💖

I wish that it wasn’t so difficult to remove kids from unfit drug addicted families. It also needs to be easier for other family members to take those kids instead of forcing them into the foster care system, which is also horrible. The process of trying to adopt or even get custody of a child that has unfit parents is RIDICULOUSLY difficult and expensive.

My heart breaks for The Plaintiff and I feel the defendant, may have wanted to be her sister, but I don't feel, she really wanted to be her blood sister.
Now,they know, they are not blood related, it will change the dynamics, within the family.
If they were indifferent to the Plaintiff, as she was growing up,they will not be any different now;however, the defendant will need to be the one to reach out,if she is sincere.
The plaintiff, was still, looking for truth and love. The defendant was still stand-off ,towards the plaintiff.
She may show the plaintiff love, but now that she knows, they are not related, i just feel, the distance, will be greater.
I pray the Plaintiff, can learn, who her biological father is and I pray it may be the man,who is her step- father, but She needs to know.
Unfortunately, from just watching and learning about drug addiction, it is very likely, the mother has no idea, who the father is.
The plaintiff, knows she may never know and I feel, she has distanced herself from her mother.
They really didn't need to come to court to determine their bloodline.
Judge Mathis, offered to help the plaintiff's mother ,but I doubt if she is in her 50's or older, she will agree to help.
I pray for all parents, who bring children into the world of drugs, alcohol, sexual abuse, but I pray more for the children.
I taught children, who were the results of all three vices and I know, they are affected most of their lives.
We. need to get government agencies and funds to educate people about the use of drugs, alcohol and sexual abuse.
Judge Mathis hit it correctly, when he said Poverty, leads to vices, that affect generation, after generation.
Sadly, these vices are introduced to children,or forced on children, who become victims and often later addicts themselves.
Power,Control,Greed have corrupted ,many ethnic groups.
Money is still the basis of evil.Money in the terms of rich or wealthy, equates to material things, status, in the social-economic level.
Evil people, will always want more. This Earth had an abundance of everything man needed, but greed has caused all the violence, war,Poverty.
Everything was created for a reason, for each species to survive, but man destroyed all that was provided, for survival, but also for self greed, power and control.
I used to think, people could be saved, but then another form of destruction, would take over.
We can talk,we can pray,we can provide help, but until the source is corrected or eradicated, people will continue to go down the path of self destruction.
These vices, affect all class of people.
Poor people, often see no way out and that is because leaders ,really want to have control, over their lives.
When people's lives have no value,to others ,it continues to bring havoc, chaos, violence, death and generations of poverty, leading to deaths.but first continues to keep people down, continues to keep the prisons, the institutions of our forms of government in place.
Money is Power and Contol and those who have it,don't want to give it up.
Judge Mathis, does work to eradicate much, that is not good, but until every citizen gets involved in protecting babies, children, teenagers, young adults, adults and the elderly from these societal flaws and travesties,we will continue, to hear stories, that we hear, read about and see.
I pray The Plaintiffs and Defendants in many of these cases, work towards correcting the very issues, that bring them to court.
Every television show, every movie, every song, every law that influences, how people live, has to be addressed, when people are brought into dysfunctional, destructive environments.
There is no excuse for Poverty, Homelessness, Violence and actually wars, except that,POWER,CONTROL,
GREED ,have been the way of the world, from Ancient Biblical Times.
Getting back to this case,I pray for The Plaintiff, that she has taken all that pain and is using it to help others.
I pray she will write her story and can help other younger generations to get out of that pain.
We have lost, compassion, empathy and love for each other.
Everyone is for themselves and unfortunately, those who help, get kicked to the curb, when their money is gone.
My comments may seem bitter, but I am so tired of watching the truth about how, we treat each other and no matter how many people are really making a difference, the stories keep coming and getting worse.
Children are born into early deaths.
Education, must address everything from the evil in the church, government, society.
We can't eradicate every bad situation, in our country or others,,but the world is being destroyed.
We are in uncertain times and just as a believer in God, the book of Revelation is coming true.

Wow. My story is crazy but no where near as bad as hers!! My life is better now. I hope that the plaintiff seeks counseling! It helps!!

Only God knows what the pimp would have done with the plaintiff when he was done packing her bags. Maybe mom was trying to sell her 🤔

A couple of half-cap wigs seems more appropriate after hearing the verdict...

The grandmother should have been tested. We do not know if the other sister is the dad, we have seen too many cases in which the "respectable" woman has had an affair. I saw Johnny Taylor I'd show and his first born daughter didn't match to any of the outside children, but they all matched.

How do you determine if the father is actually the father of the one child that's believed to be the biological child without the father? Maybe he's not her father, but father of the other child. In a situation like this, maybe the proclaimed biological child has a different father.
