The 2025 Toyota Stout will have two engine options: a 2.4 L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that produces 265 horsepower and a 3.5 L V6 engine that produces 278 horsepower. Both engines will be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission
I' was hoping for a true mini-pickup , like the original low, practical, "reach anything from across the bed", economical, affordable, practical trucks of the 70's, 80's and 90's. Alas, it's looking like more of the same near-fullsized, transformer-toy-styled, hi-rise (unstable) trucks we've been so happy to leave on the dealers' lots lately.
If I were you, I'd keep your truck and have the engine rebuilt, as well as the suspension components. Toyota's new engines are horrible from what I've heard. In my opinion, they made a huge mistake in getting away from V6 and V8 engines, and going to turbo charged 4 cylinder engines.
This is total internet B.S. I called the Toyota dealer in St Louis, MO and spoke to "Robert". He told me they have no data regarding this vehicle and the Toyota regional manager advised it is a hoax
Nice sales pitch on how great it is now what’s the price
Starting at $28000
It's not real
How underpowered and overpriced is it?
You don't seem to get it... this is just AI. Power 0 HP, price $0. It's being "expected" for the last ten years.
Has overpriced and underpowered as it is ugly
This told us absolutely nothing. Price, engine, transmission, HP, release date. It's like a infomercial without the info 😢

That's because it's not real
@@tazmanken01stop lying. Its not real
Rebadged Tocoma.
The camera work is horrendous as well!
When Toyota says they're building it I'll believe. Until then it's all bs
Actually it's was announced to the world last year and that's the final product before it hits the US.
Link to its official announcement from Toyota themselves???@@reedrk88t
This is proof that AI still has a way to go 🤣🤣.
The details of the truck change a dozen times. Even misspelling Toyota.
What's the gas mileage? Because my tundra gets horrible gas mileage. And what's the price?
Uh this a four cylinder, 25k to start

Fake... information.
210 subscribers for this channel. True BS
Without a crewcab, how long is the bed, 6'❓
Fake news. This truck is at least four years out and no one knows it's name
Scott Kilmer has been talking about the Stout, for a while. He said 2025 model.
@georgegrill3262 I wish, I hope im wrong
No fake news
What is the engine a turbo 4 cylinder??
It probably will be. They got away from V6 and V8 engines.
Based upon the troubles Toyota is having with their turbo truck motors STILL, I would call that an easy pass.
A perfect replacement for my 2001 Tacoma which has served me well…..but when will it actually be available in Minnesota?

Any chance it comes to the U.S.?
It's for the US market and should hit dealerships in the next 6 months @ 25k starting point
Engine issues too?
It's brand new so htf will anyone know until it gets driven over time?
Well, if it uses the same automatic transmission that the new Tacomas use, that could be problematic. Maybe they'll have it fixed for the 2026 models.
We can't form an opinion, without any real information! Need some specs!
It's obviously the competitor to Ford Maverick so will be price matched and Chevy also has one coming cut in on Ford
Tired of BS advertisements on vehicles that are not available how about the one on the 2025 Caterpillar pick up truck.
All the extra BS is not what we want in the Stout. The market needs a simple bare bones affordable truck. Not all the electronic crap.
I will take a Hi-Lux please.
Import one then.
I had thought they wanted to compete with the Maverick?
This looks more like a Ranger in size?
No, it's not My grandpa's pickup,,,
He drove a real truck
But I'll bet you drive an electric...
That's the same marketing General Motors used with Oldsmobile right before they pulled the plug.
I thought heavy d bought the company
Price?? Tbd??
Est 25k
Too much talk about stout and corolla pickup but nothing to show, stop this right now
I'll believe it when I see personally
Looks like a Toyota Tacoma
It does not look like a competitor for the mav. Its too big!
You forgot the engine will crap fail part
Uh, not one has failed in the taco realm. You must be buying shit from the auction
Totally AI..lol
Aaannnnndddd your point iiiiiissssssss?
@reedrk88 that its not a real production vehicle? At least to this point?
it's different...
Sounds like a I b s
Fake news
AI garbage
That is one ugly truck
