should have invested in better sticks! I got a pair 10 years ago for 35 bucks!still as good as the day I bought them.they have metal rod Cores. I couldn't break them if I tried!
My gym teacher when I was very very young,like 11 or 12 taught us this,he ran a preformance arts club after school,learned juggleing,devilstucks,and that yo yo thing where you spin that big disk with two sticks..been man years sense I watched someone do this.
