Yeah, they talked about their issues and how they were feeling and were able to reconnect. Sometimes people will be receptive and hear you out when you just tell them how you are feeling. Sometimes you just need to hear the person tell you they still love you and want you around, even if you know that, you need to hear it.

I'm glad they listened to the fans about how underdeveloped Millie's character is compared to Moxie, and about how we'd all love to see more Sally Mae. This was a great combination of both
Agreed. Vivzie has said HB is more about the boys and HH about the girls. But I agree this is a good compromise

@@mullerpotgieter But I don't get that because HH still has more male characters than female characters. And while Charlie and Vaggie did get character development, so Alastor, Husk, Angel, and Lucifer. It also seems silly to segregate character development by gender on either show. You could say that HB is more about Blitz and HH is more about Charlie, but good shows should still have a diverse cast of characters.

while the pilot for Helluva Boss was released around the same time as Hazbin, Helluva Boss had more episodes and time to develop while Hazbin took 3 years to make one season, i would assume the final goal was just to release Hazbin while Helluva Boss had time to develop if yknow what i mean

I love that, while Millie acknowledges how Sallie May feels, she still gently points out that it's a two-way street and that Sal also needs to put in effort to visit. Just genuinely a very healthy interaction over a touchy subject.
It really is a great point because it's true. Effort has to go both ways and I'm glad they could have an honest conversation about it
Exactly, as someone who is now living away from my family, I loved that !
She also gently pointed out a solution that takes some of the stress and burden off Sallie May by pointing out that the boys are older, meaning they can take on some of the responsibility now, and she doesn't have to run things alone.

The casual hyper violence of imps really helps to sell that they're hellspawn and not just humans in elaborate costumes. I still wish there were more things to distinguish Hell from Earth, but that's pretty good subtle worldbuilding.

How can a show about life in Hell & Demons be wholesome enough to give me the feels, when so many other shows barely elicit a chuckle or an “Awh” from me? I like actually cried during this, bravo!
Well, when two shows are set in a realm as screwed as this one, I suppose it's easier to find some semblance of sparks of light in an otherwise dark world.
Can we take a moment to appreciate how Moxxie didn't even let the two know he was home. He just left them to laugh on the sofa without ruining the moment.
Moxxie realizing this day is not about him and just casually sneaking past and enjoying the fact that his wife had a good day. That's a whole new level of wholesome.

I think she has healthy relationships because of her aggression when angry, not in spite. She knows how to let her emotions out in appropriate places at appropriate times, which helps her have healthy relationships

The fact Millie isn't fully blamed for not being the one to reach out is so nice. Sally also needs to put in the effort and being told she can, as well as Millie saying she will, makes me smile. They are both at fault, come to terms with it and will do better. They are so sweet as siblings.

Siblings feeling left behind when their brother/sisters moves out and finds a significant other is so true. Happy to see it represented in the show.
My Sister feels the same, eventhough we still live in the same House, living in a WG with her best Buddy and my Girlfriend.
I guess it doesnt matter how close Siblings live together. As soon as another Person enters this Constellation on a permanent basis, one of the Siblings will feel less needed.
I told my sister that love for a Sibling and Love for a Partner are simply two pair of shoes. I will still be around and listen to her and help her if she needs me and my love wont be less just because I have a Girlfriend now.

The fact that Mox who, knowing Blitz, 100% had a rough day come home and just smile seeing Milly happy with her sister and not get involved just being happy seeing her happy was such a great detail of growth from unhappy campers.
It's really nice to see the messy conflicts and growth in helluva boss characters. The vulnerability feels realistic

I love all of V-Pops hell based shows so much I could, and have, cried my eyes out! Absolutely some of the best characters, World building and storytelling I have ever seen, including from massive Hollywood productions. One thing I like about the ending is how Moxxie didn’t interrupt the bonding time, because HE out of anyone understands what it is like to part with somone you care about for so long, and rarely getting the chance to see them again. I think his smile was bittersweet, because he has no one to turn to, no genuine family. His mother is gone, his father is an a-hole, and he wants the only person who cares about him in his life to enjoy things with thier loved ones before it is too late. He always has Millie, but Millie has others to care about too.
Definitely one thing the show does amazingly it makes characters you genuinely feel for

Usually Milly doesn’t have a lot of character because of lack of screen time, emotion in her voice, and she’s very overall happy or angry. This fixed all those things. “I miss that to” best line 🔥
