    i have a different panda model, but your video helped me understand how to actually use it. the manual that cmes with these things is badly translated garbage. someoneelse bought the washer for me and we didn't realize that my faucet isn't compatible with the adapter setup, so we are trying to figure out how to get it to work for my junky sink. i appreciate the time you took out of your busy day to show us the walk-through of the washer, including how you hung the drain pipe and the different water levels and cycles.

    Thank you for the video! I bought the Panda PAN56MGP3 and I love it!!! (It looks almost identical to yours.) I bought a really good dolly that has levels on it and it really keeps the shaking to a minimum. I started washing some larger loads and so far everything has come out clean. The clothes do get pretty dry (I bought one of those stand up dryers that had racks in it). Does the Air Dry setting do an entire.wash cycle? Mine did not have a funny smell. I had to rig the drain hose. It popped out of the sink a couple of times. Fortunately I was close by and caught it before the whole floor.was flooded. I don't have that problem now. I think this is a great machine! Sure beats carrying loads of laundry up and down 24 steps!! P.S. your baby is adorable. 😃

      Mine doesn’t have wheels but I’m sure you can buy something to put it on that does. I actually keep mine on a towel so when I need to move it I can easily slide it around lol but before that I used to just lift it to move it, and it is pretty heavy so it wasn’t something I liked to move often.

  • @courtlandFDouglas
    @courtlandFDouglas 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Not sure if this tip is helpful... but I had the same problem with keeping the hose in place. In fact, the first time I used it, it got loose and sprayed water clear all over the floor and into the apartment below. The Remedy/hack, is to take the grew plastic holder that came attached to the grey hose... you can take it off, and you'll see that the holes on both ends are the perfect size to hold the end of the grey hose in place, and on the other end run the white hose through it. This will make the grey/white hose attached together, so if that's a problem. But it is super convenient! and makes connecting the thing one full motion. It has never come out since. I have also been trying to figure out where the lint filter is (I swear I have been looking over this manual! - thank you)

    • @chelsey_chapp
      @chelsey_chapp  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Okay thank you! I’ll have to try that 😊and the lint catcher is in the inside of mine, it’s the blue thing on the inside wall of the washer

    Is it possible to pause it during a wash cycle, to allow for soaking? And do you find that the clothes get knotted and tangled? I have used two different models of the dual tub type (wash tub + spinner tub) and my clothes get so tangled, I’m sure it must be damaging to the fibers and seams. Thanks for a dry informative review!

      Yes you can pause it during the cycle :) and my clothing doesn’t really get tangled but my sheets do get tangled but I always do a quick wash when I wash clothes so maybe that’s why they don’t get tangled up

      Sorry it took so long to reply! But it’s pretty good at getting my diapers clean, I would say the only thing that could be an issue is it does tangle my flats up sometimes and so far my diapers are pretty good, I don’t feel like it’s worn them out more than it would with a normal washer :)

    I read that the water source does need to be ON the whole time as the washer could "burn" up some settings if water didn't always flow.

    • @ilcilc2910
      @ilcilc2910 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It has a water pump in it for draining and intake and the pump will burn up if it has no water when it is in operation. I have a Panda PAN6360W which is this units successor and the basic design and features seemed to be based on this unit the PAN56MGW2.

      Even though it is 3 months, I have read some people do it, but the manufacturer says no.
      Also, as she was saying it is automatic, so it runs water as it rinses while spinning, and the cycles go from soak, wash, and rinse without stopping to be manually set to the next. She was saying there are other machines that the cycles need to be manually changed, those may be a better option?

      I usually wash about 8 at a time in here 😊 I do laundry every day but when I do skip a day the washer is too full to get a good wash

    does anyone have their washer on a dolly cart for ease of moving from storage to sink. I want to know if keeping it on the dolly cart affects it while it runs a wash cycle.

    • @chelsey_chapp
      @chelsey_chapp  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      centurian89 I think having it on a cart would make it roll around a little when it does the spin but during the wash n stuff it would probably be okay but you could also just keep it on the cart when you store it and move it but once you use it just take it off then put it back on when laundry is done

      They make a dolly that has wheels and adjustable feet, they say they work for washing machines. You can get them on Amazon.

    • @Aw-ns1qx
      @Aw-ns1qx 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have read that it doesn't, it has one connection whose to the faucet, and most standard washer hookups have a hot and cold intake for the machine to control the temperature, but I'm sure you could find a hose that would work, make some adjustments, and just hook it up to the cold intake?

    Can this work without being connected to a pipe? That is, can the water be loaded manually by buckets. I plan to put this in my bedroom.

    • @Aw-ns1qx
      @Aw-ns1qx 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Some people have said yes in other reviews but I have not seen a video. The manufacturer says no.
      It runs all the cycles automatically including while rinsing. She mentions that other units she searched you manually turn it for each setting, maybe one of those would be better for adding water without the hookup. You would need a very large bucket for the drain hose though depending on how large a load you do.
      They make other "washers" that you put the water in and then clothes in, and you turn and watch them with a handle and spin dry as well.
