Itzhak Perlman orchestra, probably (I have the CD. It sounds very similar in the arrangement). It is a CD which includes Vivaldi's Four Seasons and others works including "Il Sospetto" (The Suspect in english).

I think it's more that Vivaldi composed 800+ pieces so some of them are doomed to get less attention than others.
