In Australia, we eat tomatoes predominantly as a vegetable but it technically is a fruit because it has seeds. The same goes for an avocado. 😊

私も、今コロナでみんなが家でこもれるので、引け目なく、家で料理、フードコーディネーター、薬膳、あと、自分が腎不全や肝不全一歩手前の病状なので、その改善のための本やレシピはあまりお目にかからないし合わないので、自分なりの重症な肝臓と腎臓病のための基本食や献立を考えるために自力で勉強しています。自分が生きるために工夫できるため、自分で買い込んで調理できるようになるように回復できたなんて奇跡だし、そういう方たちのためにためになればと思って、栄養学、ハーブ、スパイス、インドなどの各国料理のエッセンス、そう言うところにも気配りして、できたら若返りやアンチエイジングにもなる料理が普段の食事で作れるようになればと期待を込めています。お互い頑張りましょうね。今、少しは目星ができていて、体に良い素材、そのための調理法や調味料の日本全国のバージョンの情報を集め、試しているところです。食べ歩きもしますし、すっきり、体がクリアになる感触を求めて、記憶に残しながら外食と自炊を繰り返しています。偉そうなことを書きましたが、奈美さんみたいな綺麗に整ったカフェ風のアレンジ食が大好きです。頑張ってくださいね。応援しています 絵梨子

I really love and admire how well you feed and nourish yourself whilst you live alone. It's something I'm getting worse at the longer I live alone. These days, I think I've done well if I've eaten cereal out of a bowl, with milk, rather than just out of the box.

我が家もコーヒーを同じように布のこしぶくろで作って飲んでました。コーヒー用の紙タイプもありましたが、旦那が布制のにハマってた頃があり、毎回洗うのが大変でした。懐かしく思い出されます。多く使いもう今はありませんが、また使いたいなぁと思ったりしています。また楽しみに待ってます。

Don’t hurry to drive; it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. I have been doing it for so very long and people get kinda of scary on the road at times. But so glad you gotta go out and fresh water fish; trout, next to red salmon, is one of my favorite fish to eat, especially when it is smoked. you always add a lot of vegetables to your dishes and that really inspired my own cooking. we always treated vegetables as side dishes before and never thought to add them to the main dish.
