I’ve been rewatching your videos while I’m stuck home (I’m recovering from surgery and I started having Covid symptoms the second fay after surgery 😞) My cat has been relaxing on the couch with me while I fold towels and I looked over to see her watching your video with me! Good morning Nami, The first thing I saw then I woke up this morning and watched your vlog was those slipper with the pink flower. That woke me up in a hurry.😳 I couldn’t stop laughing and with those stock. They look so cute.🤣 After my Mom pass away this February it has been very quiet and lonely. Watching your vlog and trying out some of your recipes has help take away some of the loneliness, thank you. Manage to overcook a few things but they do have that certain kind of taste and crunchiness to it. I called it smoked flavor. Intense heat doesn’t make your food cook faster. I am still learning about fire control and to not leave the stove unattended while cooking and always have a fire extinguisher handy just in case. Cooking is not like cooking with a Microwave were you set the timer and listen for the ring and “VOIA!” dinner is done. It is so much different now that I don’t have to take care of somebody anymore. Anyway, just wanted to share my feelings about what your vlog can do to lonely people who are out there. I have started to write poetry for the first time and I wrote one about Mom, it is called: “Shooting Star” Mother are like shooting star. Love them, cherish them and be thankful for them, because once they pass through your solar system, they are gone. It's not yet necessary to wear a coat during the day, but nights need the light duvet and cozy pyjamas. Perfect! 2. Your side dishes looked delicious! The corned beef dish reminds me of a Jamaican dish called 'Bully Beef and Cabbage'. It's very similar to what you made except it is seasoned with hot chilis (scotch bonnets usually). It is very spicy! You should try it, you might really enjoy it ❤

I'm always impressed how much effort you make do so much of your own cooking. I think I might try to make 1-2 of those side dishes that you showed. I am trying to get better putting time into cooking. I love to cook but sometimes I also feel guilty spending so much time doing it (and then it creates a lot of dirty dishes/bowls/pans) which I don't enjoy cleaning. also I try to be inspired by how well you clean things regularly

I'm always impressed how much effort you make do so much of your own cooking. I think I might try to make 1-2 of those side dishes that you showed. I am trying to get better putting time into cooking. I love to cook but sometimes I also feel guilty spending so much time doing it (and then it creates a lot of dirty dishes/bowls/pans) which I don't enjoy cleaning. also I try to be inspired by how well you clean things regularly
