Thanks for the feedback. i think unichar(10) will not work for data labels directly same as it worked for triangles in this demo or any other icon's code.
that is used to convert the output as string literals. in a dynamic datatype, sometimes the DAX code with format function does not return the output in a proper text format. above addition will solve that issue. We have explained it in our other videos as well
Any issues when publishing online? I am using a UNICHAR code within a data label. It works within desktop, but converts back to code when published online. Please help if you know a solution! 🙏 This is only a problem with custom data label (e.g., card visual works fine). Not sure why.
Yes it works for me after publish to Power BI service. sometimes some unichars may not work properly in a particular browser. this particular report is working perfectly fine for me.

I have also experienced this issue with custom data label, i thought it is some bug, and would be fixed with next releases.
