MEC100: the best device for Capacitor and ESR, 2 in one. An underrated tool.

This amazing device is cheap, and very usefull. A very low price for a unterrated tool. Checking capacitor and ESR on board is absolutely possible with this device.
After the video, differents capacitors was checked before and after being conneted, or disconnected, and results was just FINE.
