I have the Elf liquid blush and I use one dot. I call it recession blush. 😂 I also love the Winky Lux blush shaped like flowers. The packaging is bulky but the colors and finish are beautiful.
I always love the period undies because I always bleed through and a gush happened when I got out of the car to get my daughter, these will at least help with those moments.
I use the menstrual disc paired with the undies and i never have any leaks ever. And i never have to buy anything. I have a sterilizer machine for my silicone disc and it self empties when i wear it and use the bathroom. I love it! Also i wear my undies when i know im due to start as a precaution

🤠🤠🤠 I use magnesium spray oil when I have feet, ankle, calf, leg cramps. Just spray and rub it in well and it helps get rid of the cramping. When you do get a cramp anywhere on your leg/feet just get up quickly and put your weight on it, walk around a bit. If it still hurts use the mag spray.

Vivian, I heard it absorbs well, (not that brand) but magnesium oil to help you sleep but a lot of people were complaining that it can cause severe itching. A lot of people love it. I bought it for my daughter but haven’t tried it for fear she will be up all night itching. Once it’s absorb through your feet you can’t really wash it off to stop the effects. This is just my thoughts. If anyone uses it it would be nice for you to comment if it caused this. Thanks V ❤ your videos!
The powder Tylenol is great for travel or if you are somewhere you might not have water available when you need it. The other powder your thinking about is BC Powder, it's an aspirin so if you can't have aspirin the Tylenol is a great alternative.

Magnesium Sulfate spray is recommended to relieve muscle cramps. I use it on my legs, ankles and feet when a cramp hits.
Dissolvable Tylenol is AWESOME concept for all those people of any age who struggle with swallowing pills for any reason!!!
My daughters dont like taking pills. The dissolves works better than pillls on upset tummies too.
And no water needed.
