My theory on what happened here would be that water was shorting two pins that come directly from power supply and the short protection system on the psu kicked in and prevented the system from turning on. Pretty neat

The biggest enemy to pc parts are electrical shorts. water is less likely to permanent damage parts as shown in the video, but that depends whats in the water, as for snow, its just pure water, no metal like substance in it.

Nice piece of content bro . Next video u could just bring the same stuff running, into the snow storm and then let’s see how long the system can survive and if it stops then u can go for assessment of the damage and then to rectify those damage with minimum possible expenditure or tools 🛠️ .. good job bro . Thank me later for the idea 😊

i guess the gpu and screen is frozen lol.
next time build it inside and then take out in the snow to see if it works better, also normal drinking water has minerals or small salts and metals that damage computer hardware, but snow does not have any mineral since water evaporates and leave behind the minerals so even if you let it dry for a while it wouldn't turn on, that's what happens to phones. but if you wanna fix it put your hardware into distilled water and use a machine that gets rid of it, I don't remember what it was called though.
