(2) Install Office 2016 and then remove (3) Install Office365 (4) Search "Install or reinstall OneNote 2016 for Windows" to get OneNote2016 installation package. To be honest, we agree. OneNote 2019 is indeed free of charge, but it has been may more simplified on its features, maybe too much. It has completely lost its glance of professionality, becoming a simple App that - history says - may be discontinued in the long-term period.

That's not OneNote 2019. Its OneNote for Windows 10 in the Windows 10 apps store which saves all notebooks directly to Onedrive. The last desktop version is OneNote 2016 which is only getting supported till 2023. Hope this helps.
Why can't we change page size like we could in One Note 2016? We can only do that when printing. While in 2016 version we could just set a page size as a template.
I have Windows 10 and MS Office 2019. Not sure if I'm the only one, but my OneNote does not have an icon to "create tag" in my toolbar. I have to select what I want on the page and right-click to see the option for creating a tag. Good video, though.
When I'm looking for a word, it will show all the pages it appears on, but once I click on that page, it shows only the first word highlighted, if that word is repeated through the whole page, it won't let me skip to that section. I have to manually scroll and look for it. Is there anything that can be done about this?
You can use the share button in the top right-hand corner in OneNote 2019, or you can print to PDF by simply pressing the print button. Hope this helps :)

I talked to Micro$oft engineering team today (Arizona, USA) and they stated that the new OneNote is really meant for 100% online sync. The 2016 version, which I personally think is superior to the online only version, is available for download and they provided the link: support.office.com/en-us/article/install-or-reinstall-onenote-2016-for-windows-c08068d8-b517-4464-9ff2-132cb9c45c08 Scroll down to Resolution and install the version you need (32 or 64 bit). You don't have to make any changes in your current settings. Just install the 2016 and keep working. OneNotes has the flavor of Teams on a lower scale. Thank you for the video. The voice was a bit irritating, but the video was good.
Why does this service not work as well as color note? It tries to do to much which makes it slow for instant note-taking, the time you get to the note book you've forgotten what you wanted to write.

I advise you to keep the 2016 desktop version.. All the cool features that made the OneNote so special disappeared in the latest versions. I had to do so myself.
The 2019 OneNote is a win10 built-in app. There's still the desktop version 2016 which u can download. Big advantage: u can store your files offline, important for companies.
Hello! I try to export handwriting notes to pdf but when i check them on the preview my note repeats twice at the end of 1st page and at the start of 2nd page and many times it cuts off some notes. how can i fix that? Can you help me, thank you!

Million dollar question, how do you delete a section/ portion of a one note entry. Especially if the entries are out dates.
How do I change the page size for printing? I have Onenote 2020 and the page size option isn't available under 'View' like it is in older versions. :)

2019's App version is not intended to work on there.

How to delete at the notebook level? How to rename a notebook? How to set the font for all the notes to Arial Black as default?
This can be done in OneDrive, as all the notes sync seamlessly there.

You are absolutely right. OneNote 2016 is the last 'real' version of One Note.

You can slow the speed of the playback by going to the Gear icon and then to Speed
