Ah okay, thought it was just my tail lights. It's pretty slight though so nobody can tell, I still love the way they look and no other issues with them at all.
Are you referring to the light in the bumper? I got the plug and play harness for it. With this you need to disconnect the connector for the driver side taillight, connect the plug and play harness in between and then there is a connection for the third brake light on it, basically a three way connector. No splicing though, and I've never had any lighting issues with the harness.
If you're going for the blacked out look these are perfect. And they aren't too dark during the day. Haven't had any issues with them yet. Glad you liked the video!
i bought mine from subispeed, plugged them all in, they don’t seem very bright and can’t get a yellow indicator flash, my resistor is a little different to yours but i don’t understand why or why they aren’t working like they say
That's odd, even with the stock resistor you should get the turn signals to work, the only difference is that you would get hyper blinking. I would double check the connections to make sure they aren't loose. Did your stock tail lights work properly? Try contacting Subispeed, maybe there's an issue with the set that you ordered, I'm sure they'll help you out.
You don't but you will get hyper blinking. Unless you swap out your turn signal relay module for one that's meant for LEDs, then you won't need the resistors and won't get hyper blinking.
Stellar video bro! How have the lights held up? Would you recommend them? I’m ready to buy them, just need to decide the style I want.
Thanks man, glad you like the video. I love these tail lights. I've had zero issues with them. I highly recommend them.
Good job! I just installed my subispeed evolution tail lights. It has a similar gap as yours on the left side

Awesome video! Best video I've seen from so many others! Thank you for taking the time to go from Start to Finish! Liked n Subbed!
Thanks! I appreciate it! Glad you found the video helpful!
Hey I was curious with your third brake light you didn’t have to do anything when installing your taillights did you? Just straight plug and play?

love your install vids man keep it up king
Thanks!! I appreciate it! Glad to hear you're enjoying the videos!
Did you have to wire all the way to the fusebox for the sequential function? Their install video shows it but looks like you didnt need to
Nope, I didn't. At least not for the version I got. I think the earlier batches needed that.

After a year of use, have you encountered any condensation issues or failing LED bulbs?
None so far! Taillights have been holding up great. I park my car indoors though, so it's not fully exposed to the elements.
So you don’t have to use the resistors that they provide?
You don't but you will get hyper blinking. Unless you swap out your turn signal relay module for one that's meant for LEDs, then you won't need the resistors and won't get hyper blinking.
