So he went to where marinette was and then he straight up kissed her. So if adrien already knew mari was ladybug he would do the same thing when he found out that marinette was ladybug in chat blanc. Well he also had his experiences as Chat Noir to disprove Lila being a honest person. He's always trying to give everyone a chance but his experiences with her as Chat Noir tend to allow him not to. I think he's naturally like that, e.g his relationship with Chloe, when he first met Lila. So he's trying to not jump to a conclusions. Also his experiences with Marinette tend to give him more confidence in her and her character. So i wouldn't say thats a reason he likes her, it just gives him more insight to who she is as a person

The strangest thing of all is the fact that when you draw, you give thought to everything. The eyes, the expression, the posture, everything is deliberate. So the creators obviously thought at least partly what we were thinking. The loving eyes, the gentle tone. It’s clear Adrien loves Marinette, in some shape or form, and the creators wanted to put that love for Marinette into his overall expression. It was there, we all saw it, it was no accident. Adrien must have some feelings for Marinette to give her that look.

In this whole show the word “friend” was used as more than a friend because when Sabrina met that boy Alya teased her and Marinette by saying looks like Sabrina met a new friend. Adrien called Marinette a friend and gave the “Marinette look”. I think that since ladybug is gone (or so he thought) he got to spend more time with Marinette so he fell in love again and he accepted it a little more than he did before.

6:24 I think Marinette kinda reached out her arm to Adrien without thinking because she was literally floating away and needed to hold onto something before she flew away to who knows where. That's when Adrien took the chance to grab her hand. So technically, they both did reach out their arms to each other, but Adrien seemed more focused on protecting Marinette rather than thinking about what could happen if they kept flying up.
